    Dear CSC Housing Society Management,
    I am writing to propose that allowing customers to pay their development charges in 2 to 3 year installments could greatly benefit both the residents and the reputation of our society. This initiative would make investors more accessible, enhance the society's image, and stimulate the real estate market within the community.
    We believe this change would attract more buyers, increase satisfaction among current residents, and ultimately lead to business growth for CSC Housing Society
