Thank you for this information. I tried this (replacing both the drum and cleaning strip) and my printer still will not print black and white prints or copies. The colour works, just not black and white. Do you recommend something else for this problem?

Ben the Cartoonist This is powder, or talc. You can use regular toner if you have no other option. You need to sprinkle a cleaning balde so that the gum does not roll.
