I'm getting a weird 'ghost' image on the sharp mx-5141n copier where it repeats something a little farther along on the page. This video helped me remove black streaks across the page, but the little ghost images are still there. I assume it's the fusing unit? Any tips for cleaning that? Thanks for the video!
Hello Maverick, When you have lines on your pages when printing their maybe a build of dust on the 4 laser pieces of glass and this can cause a line. If you follow the video cleaning the machine may prevent this. If you still get a line then there may be another bit of dirt somewhere like on the glass. If you still get a line then the chances are you will need a drum replacing. Thanks GB Copiers

Hi. I used the grey tool and got the little white scrubby thing stuck and it came off. Can I unscrew the box with the pink M on it and pull it out?
