    Hi there i will sell my own oroperty abroad and buy here in the Netherlands do i have to prepare trnaslate thise documents to show the proof etc thanks and if i want to use your services what is your cost as i was told banks do hold most of the prooerties so easier to buy from banks directly witout oaying agents fees and over head middle man fees etc ?

      Hi,
      It is not easier to buy from banks, the only difference is that can't compare with different mortgage providers. There might be other lenders that give you a better interest rate.
