The reason why the person in the video is wearing a scarf even though he is wearing short sleeves seems to be protecting his neck with a scarf in case his head is cut off! anyway! Ahhh! I love that opening! It's so hoppy and glitchy! Honestly, despite the subject matter of the rest of the song I find that kinda glitchiness super calming. All I can really tell is that the two characters here seem to be the same person- I think. Beyond that, I'm not quite able to piece together a coherent narrative but boy, the line "why can't I just fix my problems before we drown" sure hits! It often feels like my problems should be so simple and easy to solve, like a game of tic tic tac toe, but like the breakdown right after expresses it's not so simple. I think you're getting better with every song, I look forward to seeing what you come up with next!
@Rain663 no no I really don't blame you! 😅 it is a personal criticism of mine. Even tho the characters look a little different, they appear too similar and the color scheme for the entire vid makes it harder and less visually appealing @.@ (it sounds like I'm going in on myself 🤣🤣) it's something I'm thinking about going forward and especially for the next MV, it will focus more on visual appeal and improving a show don't tell way of presenting^^
@WitcheswithGlitches I'd hard disagree on the " the color scheme for the entire vid makes it harder and less visually appealing"! It does make it harder to to tell them apart but like, narrow color schemes are parts of the strongest pieces of art and I think the deep greens work well here. I think it'd be much more accurate to say good use of more colors could really strengthen your work!
Ooh, nice, lot of sounds and textures I'm not used to, thuddy and crumbly, but still really melodic and spacious, good mixing, mm. And good work getting the sounds you did out of the voices, at that. Always outdo yourself, you do, but this one is...tasty! Mm.
That means so much😭💕 I always feel off, or have a little doubt with my mixing since there's usually so much going on. I'm very proud of this one and I'm feeling a lot more confident in my mixes finally 😭😵💫❤️
@@WitcheswithGlitches I could physically feel it with the kind of 'space' that a mix that really wants to play with that creates, the real stereoscopic experience. Your mixes aren't bad usually, they're good at what they do, of course, they deliver the song, you can hear the things wanted to at the right volume to create the experience. I'd tell you if I thought the mix was bad. This mix feels kinda distinctly different where you're really absolutely leaning into the whole thing of it I think, and wanting to play with the virtual space created by the sound and volume of it and the virtual textures, so it's good at that. The other songs, don't need that, and thus, shouldn't do that. Probably. but this one was designed with that, so it does, if that makes sense? Kinda different art forms or art styles, in a way. 2d art Vs 3d. Is at least my interpretation, kinda finding the right words for it, but you'll read out of me as you will.

Originally coming from a more edm/electronic instrumental/bass head community, it was something I was always lacking in and trying to grow in. I left and came to the vocal synth community cause I believed I could really grow here, and I think that was the right decision for me cx future works plan to really go full throttle tho c; a real best of both worlds I love direction 😍🔥💕
