That's just how some customers order. "I'll get x for myself and y for her" isn't unusual at all.

Yeah the "make it 3"guy...hard to put into words what's so awful about it. The little over-expression, combined with the quick frame edits and close-ups. In fact the whole advert is just unbearable the more I watch it. Limmy really has a great feel for conveying the cringe in these sort of things.
