Exact same thing just happened with me. I was like wtf I have seen this before and got this creepy nostalgia feeling because I couldn’t quite remember if I had or not lmao. These were definitely in the early 2000s

They're called Picture Loans because a picture is all your left with after the leg breakers come round to confiscate all your stuff.
