I had a beautiful 1/2 Siberian Husky and 1/2 some kind of Wolf from Alaska. I got him from a man who brought two pups from Alaska to Oregon, but had to get rid of one...I picked the white, black, and silvery-grey colored pup and his wife kept the white pup. I had him for 14 yrs before he passed. I've always thought someone killed him, maybe poisoned him cause he was fine when I left in the morning and I found him dead when I got back home from my job. Never, ever had a problem with him and he got along well with my other dog and my cat. He stayed in the house at night and only was outside during the day. No one ever told me they had a problem with him. 😢
People should watch this & learn. We really need to be kinder to our animal friends. This was a beautiful story. Thank you for helping this beautiful animal.
Please, while we can...write Biden...insist he ESA the Rocky Wolves and fires all of FWS; they are supposed to protect the wolves, they do not...they participate with the wealthy and powerful to bring about a complete demise of them. @@dianawatton7570 Maternal instinct kicks in, even for other baby animals not of they species, Once our she-wolf dog adopted a small cat; but she had no qualms of eating an entire family of baby marmots, the mother for dessert no waste had it all in about one hour in the sunset by a line of trees ("YaHo"= horrible yet beautiful). I was with my younger sister and we waited until the end of her meal (meat). PS: I saved a marmots skull, from one of her hunts. She never killed a cat, since our Siamese saved her once from a fight where our she-cat took her defense for her girlfriend from another she-wolf Girls talks!!
Here we go…. A REAL man will harvest animals to feed himself and his family, but keeps a kindness for them in his heart, thanking the animals for their sacrifice. If they are domestic animals he cares for them, provides for their needs, gives them the best life he can, and does not treat them unkindly, whether they are intended for food or not.
People who care for animals both wild and domestic are our greatest, they restore so much of the faith that has been lost.

I rescued 2 half Coyotes, found a home for one and kept the other till she had to be put down 3 yrs ago, Freckles, she was an amazing animal , I loved her as one of my childeren .. as i do All my animals... I miss you Freckles, Deeply...
I had a run in with 2 snakes in my house 2 different times. 1st time was a black snake crawling on my bath tub. I got my grabber picked it up and released at the edge of the woods . Next time was my other bath room tub and it was a small rat snake. Did same with it. I discovered that My door that lets entrance to under my house had not been shut properly by the electrician that did some work . A septic pipe had come loose and that's how they came in. I often can't believe I did that. I'm glad they weren't poisonous. ❤
Yes and Alaska killed hundreds of them recently via hunters HIRED and helicopters, 300 bears leaving babies crying for mom recently also..this governor is a freak of nature just as Gordon, Little, Gianforte is , whom by the way is a first class liar regards his killing a wolf illegally and then killing a research, collared big cat and lying about it. People, listen, read, study and ready some more, listen...we need the BLM to be fired, Parks Department and FWS fired...they have way too much power...please do what you can to get Kennedy in...he has morals, values and ethics and he likes our natural world...all of flora and fauna. It sure would not hurt our children to have someone decent to look up and perhaps emulate in thoughts, ideas...etc

Beautiful story. Brought tears to see a hunter help them. Wolves deserve to live a good life on this planet. They are very social family oriented beings and need to be protected not hunted. They are part of Gods creation and are very intelligent. Humans need to change their way of thinking and embrace the natural world. We have a long way to go...but I believe it will happen in the future.

How compassionate this sweet man is! I would love to have him as a neighbor! I live on the outskirts of town near a pond, and I feed the squirrels, like 60 ducks and rabbits, birds, sometimes coyotes and raccoons! They all love me and I play music for them too! Reggae music! I one time saved a Drahonfly it was in a spidars web I got the web off its wings by putting saliva on my finger. When I got the web off its wings it fluttered up to my face and stayed there for a few seconds looking into KY eyes I was very emotional I connected with an insect and it was so gratful.

Wildlife in general, birds, squirrels, raccoons etc can bond with you. But you have to be cautious and careful because not all will give you the chance.
