They need to start showing the closets, because that plays a big part In purchasing a house. At least for me anyway.

I somewhat disagree in that the only closet they should show is the master bedroom closet or walk ins. It's not important to show closets of standard size.
Why? Once you've seen one closet, you've seen them all. There can be exceptions in master bedrooms.

I'm not too crazy about the formal dining room right smack the first thing people would see when they enter the front door.
Why do all these homes always have two kitchens?
Maybe to use as an In-law suite or to rent out the basement.
