Most farmers in america still have the DIY, if aint broke don't fixnit,you brake you fix it mentalities so there gonna use there classics old 70-80s pickups or modified old vehicle for their needs Also most roads in the USA are paved and not as extrme conditions like some in AUS/NZ simply put the market is very minuscule

The new 4 cyl is 6 speed auto only. You can still get the 5 speed manual if you get the v8
