My Grandfather taught me to sail around those windward islands on a
Hobie Cat in the 00's. Hitting 30 or 40 knots was magic! OK... maybe not
that fast. At ten or eleven... It felt it and my grandfather swore to it.
The joy, on your face, while on the island is what motivates me to join the yacht life. Can't wait to explore deserted islands.
I am so glad you got to enjoy yourself. It also helps you to appreciate what a guest wants out of a vacation experience. I love that you felt so strange bring served by the crew aboard the Valentine when you are so used to bring crew aboard a boat or ship. Loving to cook but not having to cook every meal. It is all about relaxing, enjoying yourself, having fun, and making memories. It is also great you were able to show a Mediterranean crew the places you love to show others in the Bahamas.
It was like you were swimming in an aquarium!!! The water is so clear! The Valentine is a beautiful and luxurious sailing yacht. Wonderful to see you both relaxed and enjoying a very nice vacation. Thanks for sharing your experience.

A fabulous "change of pace" video. What I loved seeing was your connection to the area where you were anchored. You truly love being there & it was all over your faces. This was a nice change from the usual boat tour. (Not that we don't all live for those) You should add a few more episodes where you're touring and seeing the sights.

You can really tell how hard Rico works by his farmers tan. I remember when I was stationed in Hawaii, you could tell who lived there. The tan people were the tourists. Granted they get tour really fantastic yachts and boats, but they pay the piper in the long hours and work they put into the great videos they give us. Thanks guys.

would love more videos like this, what its like to actually be on board and enjoy the time. boat tours give you an idea of whats possible, but this one feels more genuine in telling about the fun on board. also nautistyles rocks, you really sell the boating dream!
