Fiat Punto / Panda / Bravo / Nemo Key Fob battery replacement - EASY DIY

Here is a brief demo on how to replace the 2032 weak or dead battery in your key fob. This is a very common key found on lots of Fiats / Peugeot / Citroen vehicles. Here are the steps:
1) Press the button and fling the key out.
2) Take your small screwdriver and move the flat head screw to the "unlocked" position.
3) Then take your screwdriver and slide out the tray containing the batter.
4) Slide your battery out and replace with the new battery.
5) The trick part - There is a grove that the tray must slide in to lock properly. If the screw doesn't lock easily, you need to make sure it gets into that notch.
6) Celebrate!

I got quoted £12.50 to replace the battery or £15 for a lifetime guarantee. I declined and put your video on and had a CR2032 in my cupboard haha

Hi do you have a cure for the door open button not working? The other 2 buttons are perfect
I dont have the ‘lock unlock’ screw, do i just force it open?
Yes! I did and that works. The backpart underneath comes off and is easily attached again. It immediately displays the battery.
No, you probably have a different kind of cover. On the side with the FIAT logo (maybe blue, not red) is there a line just below the logo? If so follow this all around the lower part of the case gently prying it up with a mini screwdriver. It pulls straight up.
Please all note that Panda keys are not all like this. On the one I did there is no lock and the case opens in a different way.
I don't have a lock either, please how does it open???
