Great video. Cards arent in best condition, but I love vintage cards and enjoy watching vintage card PSA-reveals. My dad was a big Al Kaline fan too when he grew up a Tigers fan.

Loved the Yogi Berra card. I grew up about a mile from where he was born and grew up in St. Louis. Still has relatives in that area of St. Louis called 'the Hill' which was a an area settled by Italian immigrants

Love the cards you submitted, a lot of the same favorites here. JOHNNY BENCH is creased... at 14:31 you can see the crease reflection in the light on the right edge center. At first I was thinking there was no way that was a 3... compared to the first 3 you got. The mickey mantle home run world series card is very under-rated. The awesome vintage look, excess brown padding in the background, umpire, etc, Nice card!
im a big fan of jabari smith, he kinda looks like giannis when he was a rookie.. chet will get to shine next year, just hope next years draft isnt better than thia draft or chet will have trouble winning rookie of the year!!
@@DavidGonos i remember giannis looking small like jabari during his rookie years and if you put both rookie cards together they both look a like in body wise!! yes I would love to see Banchero do great as well..

Hey you should think about having your cards that are prescreened before actual grading and save a lot of money and disappointment. There are companies that offer free prescreening . Do not send them in direct to grading companies, trust me you will like, options are always good.

It’s weird because I thought that was really going to get a much lower grade because it was both off-center and it had that weird print line across the bottom. This was one grade I was happy with at least! Haha What cards are you getting back? Let us know how the grades turn out!
If you didn't recognize the creases before, it's either PSA negligence, or someone may have done a switch job on you. Did you take pictures of the cards before the submission?
Love your vintage card shows. Just got back my first SGC submittal (59 Topps Mays = 3.5, 59 Topps Aaron 4, 75 Topps mini Yount = 5). I’m addicted. Love the 69 Clemente card. Keep up the great work.
Cool cards! But PSA makes me angry... why did they put your 1966 Mantle and the batting leaders card in slabs meant for larger vintage cards. The cards are now sliding around in there. If they won't slab cards for minimum size requirement due to being too small for the slab, why the hell would they put a standard size card in a slab for bigger cards. Ok, rant over. Thanks for sharing!
Nice cards regardless of grades! Honestly though, I’m not trying to be a jerk, but how did you miss that crease on the Spahn when you noticed it immediately in the slab? Haha.
Man, I think it’s cuz I was a combination of me being rushed when I sent these in, me not knowing back then about card conditions as much as now, and me just wanting old cards slabbed. I don’t know. I’ve sent in cards to SGC like 4 times since I sent these, two subs to CSG and two more subs to hga! This set was my first sub to any grading company. Hahaha
I don't care if they were all 1s, I'd rather watch vintage reveals over a bunch of 2022 psa 10s any day

Yeah I took pics, but of the whole group of cards, so it’s not good enough to tell. I’ve started taking them closer now.
I would send vintage to SGC...maybe for the next card submission
Yep, I’ve learned my lesson. Although, I sent some cards in pretty bad condition, but still, there were some serious questionable grades in this one.

It all depends on the condition, but an ungraded one could be worth between $10-$30.

Vintage is not supposed to have good grades, there's a reason PSA 5 is excellent, 4 is very good, etc
