power production. weight of the water makes the screws turn. good for utilizing small height differences .

Gino Asci doesn't seem like that small amount of water would have the weight to turn that screw.
small amount? looks like at least 70 - 80 gallon per half turn per screw. and the screw has something like 8 1/2 half turns. dropping down a good 8 feet or so. that will give you tons of torque.

Generating Power
Generating Power ist not possible this way with screws. You'd need other turbines. Turning in wrong direction.
The direction does not matter when generating power. As long as there is a magnetic force that alternates polarity over a copper wire you will generate a current.
