Ather 450X is one of the premium Electric Scooters in India in 2023, along side Ola S1 pro, Hero Vida, Okinawa and Revolt.

I have been riding for past 2 years.
Pros: excellent rideability, super comfort, no vibration, service only needed after 5000 km. No need for petrol or oil change, useful features
Cons: maps started failing after a year. No resolution from the company even after 30 emails (over 6 months) and phone calls apart from that. I gave up on that finally. That was my most required feature. Once sales is over, they treat you like trash. Service isn't costly, but towards 2nd service, there was a squeaking sound and they asked to change bearing which apparently costed around 4000😢
So we have no clue as to the cost of spare parts. As long as the vehicle runs smoothly, no need to worry. But when when a problem comes, either there is no support, or the spare parts are beyond our limits.
The 3rd gen is overpriced. I had purchased the full option vehicle for 1.48, the same price is there for the base version without all the useful features.
I would like tell one thing, i have been driving my ather 450x gen2 for 1.5 years, i have covered 35000 kms. Even after having an service for every 5000 kms these problems are getting more and more. Yesterday i have given my bike at service center and they costed me about 6500 rs

Intermediate rotor pulley got damaged. And the service is worst
15000 kms without service on my Ola S1 Pro. No issue till now 💯

@@MemeStudioOnlineHa vai mai v confusion mai tha ..but road pe ask Karo sahi reviews milaga...that's not mean gari ka issue nehi hai ..but negative humhara najar mai pahla ata positive hum dhakta nehi...koi agar tumko bolegi vai mera gari acha chal raha hai everywhere post karaga to jada log khusi ko dhakaga nehi ignor karaga ohi time pe agar koi apna dukh batayaga na to oh sunna ka Lia bohut sar log ayaga pas mai baitha rahga

Thanks mera ola 17600 km chal gaya kharcha ony 1486+948 aya tha two times brak pad change and one time suspension se oil leak ho raha tha to change kar diya free mai but kuch aur bush laga to uska 948 liya tha total ...mujha sb bolta hai ather to jada acha hai but test drive mai mujha acha nehi laga to ola lia double belt ka liya toto jaisa sound upper se price jada milage kam and main part warrenty less

Just Today Got My Ather Serviced its Costed around 826₹ which is on Higher Side for Regular Service. I was not facing any Major Issue. Some of the Small issue where Belt Noice Increased a bit from ragular. Pickup was not same as it use to be and last there was Noice from Front Wheel.
Also Ather Service Plan Only Offer RSA. no pickup and drop for ather.
hey Brother ! Ather has currently removed all the subscription plans for service. That could be the reason for pickup and drop issue.
How frequently do you do service ? is this your second service ?
@@GreeenRide no Actually ather says to Service Vehicles every 5000 KM. And mine this was First Serviced at around 8500 KM. I was late and there was reason that There is no Ather service centre near my home all i have to drive atleast 12-15 KM to get my vehicle serviced.
Also by Pickup i mean Vehicle initially Pickup while Riding.
my ather mudgut broke on one side without any accident costed 1900/-
shrudder broke at screwpoint costed 2300/-
belt was worn out so had to change 4000/-
breakshoes 1200/-
servicing cost 850/-

my ola s1 pro 16000 km done , changed disk pad for around 1000. nothing else ... no cost at all , daily rider no sound
it was laggy once and after complaining 10 times they changes motherboard of scooter.
i reffered my friend so i got 4000rs. pro subscription free so now i can get free consumable replacements as well.
Please make a video on Honda bike 1.10 lakh or / scooter 1.20 lakh vs Ather 450s , please do comparison, if I buy a honda bike , I will get 1.10 lakh but if I buy Ather 450S ,I will have to invest extra 30k rupees , which will be more profitable???🤔

Mera bass handbar ka bearing kharab ho gaya, that said cost will come 3500/- and paint quality for the grab handle is very bad, worn off easily, same goes for the stand. Otherwise no issue 1 year 4 months huya 10000 km, all good, i have a gixxer and 390 adv still this is my always go to option 😅
I didnt buy for ev or saving petrol money, i bought because this rides very nicely. Puts a smile on face. (I still spend 4000+ every month on petrol)
Now subscription has closed by ather now they are doing cost cutting after having a word with coustomer care 😂😂😂

Yeah I was also wondering the same, mine got updated with 5.9 but his is still on the old version
So the moral of the story is if you service it within 5000kms then your disk, plastics won't break. Am i hearing it real.

not really brother.. you can do periodic service after 5000 kms.. But if you feel your scooter has some issues, then you can service, else not required.

Gen 2 m issue ni h suspension ka ola s1 pro me, jo software issues h vo majorly beta Features ki vjh se hote h jinko off rkho to sb shi rhta h, suspension double wala dia h aage ab, peche wala b extra strong binding k sath h, vo better h mere according to🙌🏻

Ahaaa! Where are those people who said Maintenance cost is almost nill in case of EVs? Common people they are running a business and service and spare parts labour costs are where they earn their large chunk of profits just like ICEs! And now with this software loaded vehicles you can't service somewhere else at cheaper rates!! EVs are still gimmicks and largely a occasional vehicle to ride 10-15km
भाई इन लोगों प्लास्टिक चेंज करने के लिए इतना ज्यादा लेबर कॉस्ट बॉडी पार्ट्स कॉस्ट लेते हैं पेट्रोल व्हीकल की तो इतने में पूरी बॉडी पार्ट्स आ जाएगी वो भी लोहे की पेट्रोल व्हीकल में मैकेनिक अलग अलग नहीं जोड़ता सब चीज का लेबर कॉस्ट इतने में पूरा इंजन खोलकर बनाकर दे देगा पेट्रोल गाड़ी का

Hey ! I don't think the service plan is active right now. The last I checked was a month back and they said they are making changes to the plan and not letting new purchases.
I am confused between vida v1 pro and ather 450x..which one u suggest for long term??i am from Bangalore .
Hey brother ! I personally use Ather and its quite reliable. But, at this moment I really can't pick anyone from these 2 scooters because they both give really good range around 110 kms. Except Vida has a few extra features. Not sure if it's good for long term at this moment.
The Ather has removed the service plan , it is no more available
