Being a Telugu boy born and brought up in Bangalore, I couldn't understand the lyrics fully when I saw the movie at Alankar Cinema decades ago. After this for few days I listened to it a hundred times and even now it brings tears. Such a great song and my pranams to SPB Sir.

Balu is always great there is no greatness in his repetition but singing of Ramya Behari is excellent she dominated the original singer she proved to be very talented among the contemporary singers I wish her all the success in her career
