There is still joy and happiness amongst strangers when you bring them together to sing - we all need to sing more! This was the best night in Auckland - thank you Astrid you and everyone you invited to join you - you were all amazeballs. Let's do it again soon!
Nothing is better than Pub Choir! Also, I've been singing along with this song on the radio for 40 years (!!!) and only now have I seen what the words are!
We are so lucky to be living in the Pub Choir era. Astrid is a complete one-off so we have to make the most of her! Go to Pub Choir whenever you can! These videos are evidence of a really special thing that exists in this world right now. Yay Astrid you are the best, so glad you are your sharing, hard working, deeply musical, loving, hilarious, brave, energetic self xxx
My first Pub Choir and what an amazing and extraordinary experience in such a joyful and uplifting space. Astrid you are a wonder woman sharing such exceptional gifts.
Every time I think it's the greatest Pub Choir ever and then she goes even higher! Tabla and Flamenco?! Bloody love you Astrd and Pub Choir. Grateful to have been a tiny part of this one in Melbourne with a mighty horn section. Viva Pub Choir XX
I'm so glad to see 30,000 strangers singing together. Some interesting backgrounds of the song is that Lionel Richie intended to incorporate authentic African phrases in "All Night Long," but owing to time constraints, he made up the foreign-sounding words, which have no meaning but thought to be inspired by his charitable travels in Africa, where he heard expressions in swahili like "Jambo nipe cent moja."(which would mean,"Hello, give me one cent" ).We pray for peace in the world.
Was such an amazing experience - filled with pure joy - so very glad to have the opportunity to be part of this in Perth, Western Australia. It was AMAZING!!!! Thank you for doing what you do, what a fabulous way to bring people together **FIESTA FOREVER - ALL N.N.N.NIGHT**
Astrid brings such great energy. Had such a fun night with my daughter in Brissy - pub singing crosses all age groups. Now looking forward to next one in Sydney.
I wait in anticipation for each post from Pub Choir. What a spirit raiser! Have attended an event in Brisbane. The experience leaves you feeling elated. Thanks for sharing the joy!
As always, this looked like so much fun. What a great song too. I am astounded by Astrid's many costume changes during the song HAHA. I guess it was several events rolled into one video.
That was epic! I love the little f*ckup at the beginning of the second verse (that definitely happened on our Melbourne show, but possibly elsewhere as well). Such a fun night!
I had a great time in Wellington. So cool seeing everyone laughing and singing and not giving a hoot if they weren't "perfect"! That's all part of the fun! Great experience, thank you all ❤
Definitely in the top 10 of things I have done in my life gave me goosebumps I want to do it again. Be awesome to do it in a massive stadium surely could beat a world record
Your photographer almost spoils the pleasure of watching this film by using individual "clips" of video averaging about 1 or 2 seconds long. This creates an impression of "jerkiness" and frustration in this viewer. I just started to understand what I was seeing in one clip and BAM it changed to the next clip and BAM to the next clip. I stopped watching. These individual video clips need to be at least 4 or 5 seconds long so the viewer can comprehend and understand just what he/she is seeing. This "modern" style of filming creates a video that seems hyperactive and reduces my motivation to watch another one.
Makes me cry every time. Doesn’t matter what song just seeing the joy and effect that music and expression has on the human spirit so amazing
So yes! Me too!! 😎😎😎
Me three! 😊
me too, tears galore
The communal spirit does it to me every time !

Why do these videos make me so teary eyed?! The world needs to come together.
The crowds at Pub Choir events are the friendliest bunch ever ❤
Pub Choir always brings everyone in the room together. Such a rarity in an often angry and divided world. If you need a lift, get along!
Nothing is better than Pub Choir! Also, I've been singing along with this song on the radio for 40 years (!!!) and only now have I seen what the words are!
Music and singing cure the troubled soul, mind and heart❤❤❤ bravo, Pub Choir
So much fun! If you haven’t been to one of these then you should!!!

Amazing!
I shared it rightaway here, on the other side of our planet. You're bound to come to Europe one day 😅 FRANCE 🇨🇵

When are you coming to Cape Town!?
I love those videos :) Keep going !
Did Brisbane and Gold Coast and had a great time at both.
How come we only had one musician at the Perth gig when the East Coast seems to have had a cast of thousands?
Yes got it and I can comment. I love you all. So very much......tomorrow is day 1
So much fun - if you get a chance, go!
Where was this done at? Who founded the pub choir? I'd like to hear this choir sing jump for my love by the pointer sisters!
Astrid knows how to drive!
Such fun except for my friends and I catching Covid!

I was at Wembley for Live Aid in July 1985. The best concert I ever went to. And now they do this. I won't be going.
