Some decades ago, one of the best pianists with whom it has been my privilege to play music also gave me the most memorable complement. She said, "I had heard of people who could make the violin talk but I didn't know anyone could make it cry."
That was the and this is now. Now I'm 72 and my arthritis is such that it is painful to even try to tune my violin. Looking forward to heaven when, I trust, I will be able to tune my violin--or some such instrument--again.

I watched this video when it came out 8 years ago and I'm here still watching now. Glad this video hasn't been taken down. Loved it so much the first time, this song was part of my wedding ceremony 8 years ago.
