The tiger was supposed to be the main character for Diddy kong racing and it would of been a whole different game but Nintendo wanted Diddy kong in the game for some reason so what was supposed to be a racing game with a tiger ended up as a diddy kong spinoff game. He was also supposed to get his own game called “Dinosaur planet” but that got cancelled aswell
Am Pro racer 2 was originally supposed to be about Timber, the game became Diddy Kong Racing later on and Star Fox Adventures was also supposed to be a Timber game, out of all these characters I would have wanted to see Bumper get his own game, but Krunch seemingly Kremling, Banjo, obviously has his own franchise, Conkers BFD is probably partially what put in axe in future Diddy Kong racing games initially, Tiptup appears in BK & BT, but honestly yeah these characters, this world Are just so under utilized and should be brought back

And with a name like Krunch, you'd assume he loves to eat...and you'd be right. Bumper is a skilled mechanic, often found inventing stuff when he's not racing on the track. His favorite food is cranberries. Drumstick isn't exactly the bravest one in the bunch, but he'll gladly face danger if it helps his friends. Tiptup's sort of clumsy (this is actually confirmed in the manual), which more often than not leads to some hilarious series of events. Pipsy's the quiet one, mostly only speaking her mind when she has something important to say. Oh, and she loves cheese. Conker (at least this version of him) is an adventurous thrillseeker with an appetite for acorns. Timber's super playful. He'll often play around with stuff like a kitten, which is both adorable and hilarious. T.T. is the resident alien of the group, hailing from the planet Tickatock. Good thing he's friendly.
TT is supposedly from Future Fun Land, listen to how fond of the place he is when he says the name. Also makes sense that he locked Wizpig's course away, only for Wizpig to just magic his way out, anyways.

Krunch (the crocodile) was part of the Donkey Kong Country series (as one of the enemies, presumably).
Well, Tiptup appears in Banjo-Kazooie, and Krunch is a Kremling, the enemies from Donkey Kong Country.
