G'Day, MY Lovely, Well this was a special find when I turned on my computer this morning. Delightful and stunning and the creamy pearls really do make the whole thing glow. The wow factor reached great heights when you surprised us with the flip over to the other side, so practical and very clever, your Muse must be working overtime to create such a fabulous design. The second one that you did was equally charming and by using 3 mm bicones one one side gave it an elegant look.........love a bit of sparkle! It's a beautiful bracelet and as I'm not a real fan of CRAW, I will just stick to doing small projects like earrings. Maybe it's just me at the moment but it's one stitch that I really struggle with and tend to say little-wicked words when I work it. There is so much technical crafting in any other areas that I do but CRAW and I just don't seem to get a long very well. Love the clasp that you have used and the texture really is suited to the overall design of your bracelet. We forget at times that the clasp is part of the design and can form a very decorative part to the design. There are times while wearing our piece that the clasp is so defiant and stubborn that it wants to be all up front as the major focal point. This clasp would look great if it positioned itself front and centre on the wrist. Doing one in Gold tones with Gold Pearls and Crystal bicones or rounds would give it a very glitzy look just right for that glam look on your wrist for that special night out on the town. We all have one or two things that we just don't quite get a grip on and this is my little mile stone but I won't say that I will never to do this stitch, it just won't be now but down the track. By the sounds of it, you took my advice regarding your nasty cold that I left you in your last video. You sound a lot better and getting back some of your old spark, my lovely. It's all "quiet" at the battle front at the moment as the "she devil" is taking a much need puppy nap.......YA YA !!!!!! Did you like my reference to a well-known TV show in reference to our little fluff ball......well not so little, now medium size fluff ball and growing bigger every time I see her. Lol. Can't wait to see what you have for us in your next video and thanks so much for this one.....it was super great!!!! Hello my dear Chris! I think our missives are getting lost in the universe! I recently wrote you on the Kaya Necklace video LOL I hope that response landed on earth! I think you either love CRAW or hate it!!! It's time consuming and uses tons of seed beads to produce a small piece like this bracelet. I find it relaxing and challenging to my muse! However, I am ready to take a break form CRAW and move on to another challenge. Well, maybe one more piece (the bezel) then I'll move on LOL Gold tones will be beautiful for the coming winter months and holiday jewelry. I am looking forward to making some sparkly, bronzy pieces this fall. The chill of Autumn is in the air already! Summer has gone by too fast. Love this bracelet, I made one immediately after seeing the video. I have one question though, Why did you put pearls on both sides of the clasp and not a pearl on one side to match the side with the pearls and a crystal on the other side to match the side with the crystal ? I did pearl on one side a crystal one the other and it matches and looks nice
I would love to but I am technologically challenged. The only way I know how to take pictures and forward them is on my phone or get printed pictures and mail them to people. Sorry. Maybe I will ask my son if he can do it from his phone.

Yes - your right. I've had a busy few months at work and family stuff going on which has taken its toll. But am due a few days off soon and this is definitely on my list, although I t think I may make mine a little narrower (maybe 8 units long instead of 10). There's no rush for the clasp size - just whenever you get chance. I've seen a flat magnetic clasp on Etsy and might just buy a few different sizes. Always like to have a few in my stash. I found 100grams of the Light Smokey Pewter 11/0 Duracoat Galvanized seed beads for 34.95 on Amazon. Where did you find your Smoker Pewters? They also had 24grams for 8.95. Is that a good deal?

+Doreen Most bead websites have crystal teardrop beads. Search for best prices. Try Fusion Beads, Artbeads, Potomac Bead Company, Etsy, etc. The exact suze doesn't matter as long as the home is vertical.
I purchased the clasp from my local craft store AC Moore, JoAnn Fabrics or possibly Michael's here in the US. If you have one near you give it a try. Otherwise a 3 ring tube bar clasp will also work. Etsy might have something similar as well.

Birte Oldhaber omg I thought the same thing! I'm not a beginner but I'm a far cry from being experienced. I just started doing this type of bead stitch and with her tutorials I have actually started being pretty good. I didn't start with this project, she has a many moons bangle bracelet that I started with first. I can't tell you how many times I started over! What I found really helpful is making sure the bead color I choose is light. My first attempt was with a metallic silver and omg, and with my black thread I created a big ol knot with beads! So, start with white or I did teal and holy heck it's coming along pretty good, until I got to the pearl part on the bangle, of course the pearls I have on hand are too big. So what I did was just use a different color of bead instead of using pearls. It's looking pretty cool! You can do it! Also pay close attention to what bead her string is coming out of. I stopped the video numerous times and would take the unit I was working on and hold it up to my screen to compare with her unit. But I would suggest starting with the bangle. I am using size 11 bead because I didn't have enough beads to start with a size 10. Hope this helps someone!

I found 100grams of the Light Smokey Pewter 11/0 Duracoat Galvanized seed beads for 34.95 on Amazon. Where did you find your Smoker Pewters? They also had 24grams for 8.95. Is that a good deal?

+Kim Braet The clasp us a 3 ring magnetic clasp about 3/4 inch long I would say. I purchased it from my local craft store AC Moore. If you live near a Michael's they might have it too. Try Etsy as well under 3 ring magnetic clasp.

I purchased the clasp from my local craft store AC Moore, JoAnn Fabrics or possibly Michael's here in the US. If you have one near you give it a try. Otherwise a 3 ring tube bar clasp will also work. Etsy might have something similar as well.

Learning CRAW from this video should spark your creative imagination! You can also make the bracelet for yourself, friends, or family. If you sell my designs on Etsy etc., then I become your designer and you make money from my hard work. I don’t know of any designer of anything who would agree to do that, do you?

Birte Oldhaber omg I thought the same thing! I'm not a beginner but I'm a far cry from being experienced. I just started doing this type of bead stitch and with her tutorials I have actually started being pretty good. I didn't start with this project, she has a many moons bangle bracelet that I started with first. I can't tell you how many times I started over! What I found really helpful is making sure the bead color I choose is light. My first attempt was with a metallic silver and omg, and with my black thread I created a big ol knot with beads! So, start with white or I did teal and holy heck it's coming along pretty good, until I got to the pearl part on the bangle, of course the pearls I have on hand are too big. So what I did was just use a different color of bead instead of using pearls. It's looking pretty cool! You can do it! Also pay close attention to what bead her string is coming out of. I stopped the video numerous times and would take the unit I was working on and hold it up to my screen to compare with her unit. But I would suggest starting with the bangle. I am using size 11 bead because I didn't have enough beads to start with a size 10. Hope this helps someone!
