Just picked up a 2021 3.0i with 11,000 miles, fully loaded. This thing is a hoot to drive. Very fast. I love the tech on this thing. Brakes are VERY touchy at slow speeds but going fast, you hammer the brakes and it stops NOW. Great vehicle. My wife loves it also.
Interesting video. In most other videos and photos those Magma seats always look pure red, but they are clearly orange. Torn between the 30i and M40. I should just test drive both I guess.
Been looking at pre owned ones, maybe 2019 or 2020 I’m torn between 30i and 40i would be replacing my 2012 135i cabriolet....wish there was a middle version...they 255hp 4 cylinder and 382 6 cylinder nothing in between...
@@POV_Driving yes no 5 cylinder at Bmw my point was as far as power they have 255hp and 382hp in Europe they have a 20i /30i / 40i I currently drive a bmw 135i cabriolet
@@kevintaylor1626 In Germany that doesn't really help at "something between the 30i and 40i". The 20i is below the 30i, it has "only" 197 hp. Only difference is, the 40i has in Germany/Europe only 340 HP because of other emission regulations, so the difference between 30i and 40i is a little smaller.
@@scottthomas8171 this is no longer the 1990´s buddy, modern bmw´s physically limit your rev when you start it cold to 3k rpm until it warms up enough and allows you to rev it out. It is literally not possible to hit 5/6k rpm if the engine is cold enough that it would do damage.

yes very orange on camera. They are a bit more red in real life but still have the orange tone because of how bright they are

not sure what would be in between. I don't think BMW makes a 5 cyl engine.
