Mam I love your all lectures... There is something wrong in this lecture , mam actually ........BEHIND "H2A , H2B IS PRESENT ......., BEHIND H2B ,H2A IS PRESENT........., I.e TWO H2A and H2B dimer is present ... and similarly TWO H3 And H4 DIMER is present... mam if I am wrong please suggest me mam...thank you mam
Your all video are splendid. I m fan of your teaching and please improve sound bcoz when I hear at full sound in mobile some time to understand properly I put mobile near to ear then I can't see your video. And if you think may be problem present in mobile then I want to say in other video on this plateform not cause problem.

Does each chromosome in a cell has same or different DNA? I mean I think we have 23 types of chromosome and specific gene present on specific chromosome but gene is part or sequence of dna. So each chromosome has specific dna which is responsible for specific protein. Please clear it properly

Ma'am to be very honest yr videos are damn good...and if this yr m going to score good in +2 is all because of yr teaching..... 😊😊😊
Beautifully explained ma'am !!
But the audio quality is not good...
Yes , I also face this problem
Ur all vedios are awesome mam.. 🌹🌹
Nice explanation mam...this topic becomes too clear to me after watching your video lecture.
Thank you mam:)
Dear Mam,
I simply love the way you present the things, so calm and composed and with complete information about the topic.
Thank you.

I'm watching this whole chapter continuously bcoz of easy explanation
Big fan bro
Thanks, it helped!
You're the boss!
Mam u have really good techniques for explaining the difficult topics in easy way 😀thanxx mam
Thaaaaaank youuu sooooo much Ma'am...i just love your tutorials and it really helps me aloooooot
mam ur teaching way is so helpful and easy to understand. thanks mam for publish the video .and pls upload the more. video as far as possible.
Thank-you Madam. Crystal clear
Great teacher ............
Salute u mam.........
At 1:02.. there should be diploid cell mam.. .. As the length of diploid DNA is 2.2m== (0.34 nm *(6.6*10^9)m
Mam I love your all lectures...
There is something wrong in this lecture , mam actually ........BEHIND "H2A , H2B IS PRESENT ......., BEHIND H2B ,H2A IS PRESENT........., I.e TWO H2A and H2B dimer is present ...

mam if I am wrong please suggest me mam...thank you mam
Plzz improve the audio quality and the explaination of such difficillt topics are awesomee
Length of dna in haploid human cell = (3.3×10^9)×3.4angstrom
Convert in to meters
=1.1meters
thanking mam for giving us a beautiful lecture.
That's really understanding video of nucleosome... Thank you so much mam for this lecture...
Mam
Central dogma principle i am not able to find it.. In your playlist
Ma'am I think 2.2 metre is the length of diploid human dna (2n)
Thanku so much mam
all your videos are damn good
I love your leaching
nice explanation
Simply superb. Easily explained
Thank you mam it's really helpful for me ☺
medam NHM(non histone protien) video upload mam plese .thanku
Better if the sound quality of the video is looked after ...!
Awesome ma'am. U really made the concepts easy to understand..
Thank you so much ma'am
REALLY FANTASTIC
Well explained
i like the nucleosomes part because you make it easy to understand.
Happy to have you as a good teacher mamm

in some books..linker DNA is said to be of 80 bp..Which is the appropriate one..maam??
Actually there are 5 types of histones H1 also presnt but not take part in core formation
Yes
Awesome lectures hve made the difficult chapter so easy mam 😊
Mam u r the best lecturer as far biology is concerned
thank you for your best discription
In some books it is given core dna 200bp and linked dna 80bp
Very helpful information mam
In ncert it's given that there are 5 histone protein...
In NCERT it is mentioned,, H1 protein link linker dna ..Please clarify
Thank you very much.
Bht acha parhaya ha hume bht achii samj aiii
Who else is seeing at 2x speed
1.5x
1.25 , recent 12th comer😊😁
Very nice explaination madam
very nice explanation and good knowledge feculty thank you mam
Mam different site shows different number of base pairs in core and linker DNA.. What is the actual no.
Your video lecturings are fullstop for lots of neverending doubts
Thank u mam 4 detailed explaination
awesome very easy to understand u r brilliant mam
my notes say nucelosomes are coiled in the form of a solenoid and each turn has got 6 nucleosomes in it. can u pls explain it mam.
Mam,can u pls explian about folded fibre model given by Dupraw??
very well explained mam ......but audio is not very clear
Your lectures r helpful mam thanks alot
Thank u...very good explanation man
H1 is termed as linker histone...
Haploid DNA have 3.3*10^9 bp Right?..
Medam you told histone proteins are inherited but not H1 remaing proteins are inherited is it possible proteins inheritence
What will be number of histones molecule in chromatin fibre have 50 nucleosomes
Does each chromosome in a cell has same or different DNA? I mean I think we have 23 types of chromosome and specific gene present on specific chromosome but gene is part or sequence of dna. So each chromosome has specific dna which is responsible for specific protein. Please clear it properly
Thank u mam. U r concept just awsome
Thank you so much mam for your this lecture.
Thank u
Mam, core DNA 200bp, linkerdna 54bp
Yeah
mam in our text the distance between 2 consecutive base pair is 0.34 nm .mam is it true or false
3.4 angstrom =. 34nm
thank u so much anushka vatsa
Anil Kumar 3.4 angstrom =.34 nm thanku
Super teaching mam
Super ma'am... Thank you so much
thank you so much!
histones proteins are negatively charge and repulsion exist between them then how they remains together?
muhammad shakir no.Histone proteins are positively charged
Amazingly explaned
Mam plzz tell what is a satellite DNA
Luvv u mam amazing teaching

At 1:37 / 11:01, Ma'am, 2.2 meters are for pair of chromosome of Human.
Mam please use dark markers
Nicely explained mam
digram is not like that , linker DNA has 54 bp
I have a dought I.e core dna having 146 nucleotides.madam it means 1.75 turn of dna equals to 146 ntds is it corect?
The No. of base pair in a turn would depend on the diameter of the coil or the turn. This No. is only specific to Histone Octomer.
thank u madam
Shravani Reddy are wah tumhe toh mam ka reply mil gaya😉😉😉😉
Anu Duggal yeah she is lucky
Mam I thnk DNA is covered by histone bt in ur diagram d reverse is found ma'am plz clr me
Just.....too good!
U are great
Great .....
There are actually 5 types of histone proteins.H1 ,H2A,H2B,H3,H4 .But you are saying there are four types and H1 is not inherited. Why is it so?
Awesome mam 🥰
Thanks Madam
Thank you mam
if i have any problem then how:? i ask
maam plz upload vidio on giant chromosome in detail manner for Bsc student
Mam how can we differentiate these DNA , chromosome and genes 🤔🤔🤔🤔🤔from each other in nucleus by definition as well as diagrams .
Chromosome is the condensed form of chromatin .nd Chromatin =DNA +Histone proteins..
Octomer or octamer?
octamer

Not mentioning euchromatin n heterochromatin. Also not telling about NHC proteins
