In the last example why dosen't the mother say 帰って参っておりません? Isn't the kenjyougo of kuru mairu? Why only replace the iru with oru? Shouldnt kuru also become mairu?

Because I know that tai use for speakers wish and garu use for others wish but mostly I saw that tai also use for third person wish as well garu use for others and my feelings
