You can get into tweaking the Kawai EP's a lot more than the presets offer. I'm not sure how good the effects section is on the ES920, but I think you would be able to get much closer to the Keyscape sounds on eg the MP7SE via manipulating the effects/sound edit sections.
Both are sample based instruments meaning the quality is already baked into the sound with effects being the icing on the cake. you can tweak Keyscape into sounding more like the Kawai by removing the extra spice (mechanic noises, etc.) but definitely not vice versa. Kawai's effects are not as good anyway IMO. Thanks for watching!
