you should maybe recheck the quality 6 crafting stuff, i dunno what triggered it, but when i was playing A19, over 500 hours btw, we crafted quality 6 guns and stuff all the time. I assume it has something to do with maxing out certain things, like perhaps making out strength to level 10 will allow quality 6 stuff in that tree if the skills are also maxed. I dunno, we hit level 300, so yeah, test it out a bit more.
also, i choose you to distribute this tip to the wider audience, you can use both the chainsaw and auger to harvest corn at nearly running speed. I found the auger to be easier to aim properly and less annoying to listen to over the saw.
I got one in early game, I just bought it from the Trader's Secret Stash. I had to spend a few points on Better Barter, of course. The drone is mainly great for storage.
36 is between motorcycle and 4x4. But I recommend having medical even though that doesn't give ALL the benefits just using bandage/kit directly. As for armor I don't know if that makes much of a difference. Worse is I had to locate the drone and repair it.
Im a longtime console player who finally switched over to the pc version of this game. I didn’t know what I was doing so I decided to go into creative to check out some of the tech items and spawned in this drone. I then went exploring in a building and this drone literally jump-scared the shit out of me after it suddenly and loudly starting yapping about incoming threats as I was turning around lol.
i see that they have a medical mod and a mod to help with your stamina.. and with the medical mod it has to have med kits or bandages to be used.. i wish they had a turret mod or something so it could defend you alittle even if you had to make ammo for it and keep it in its inventory just like the medkits.. because honestly thats one of the main things i feel like its missing.. some way to defend itself and you from say a suprise attack
Absolutely the best addition to A20, holds all my food drink, candy, lockpicks, extra ammo, it is a flying backpack..get it.. and I have had it fly over campfires and forges and burn and has never taken damage..level 2..
Ya it will teleport to you no matter what, after a second or 2 and some fiddling, but it always trys to stay behind you, if you turn around, there he is...

Can you discuss about the drone bug where you will get “Max drone deployment/deployed reached” even if there’s no drone deployed? How can I solve this 😭
I need to get onto our INT build and have him make me one of these once we source a schematic. Shame it can't apply casts or antibiotics, I'm the facetank so I get hurt a LOT 😅
@@anthonystahl8996 I did manage to eventually find two level 5 drones and a level 6 - but still no schematic. I know they patched out the early day 1 drones.

It does a good job following you where ever you go. Follows you on a bike, follows you into buildings, does have issues when you use the gyro (something about elevation?) But once you move around on the ground it will zip to you quickly. You don't have to worry about losing it, it will always find you.
its iffy. most of the time it will keep up even with the supercharger mod on a bike. But sometimes itll catch on an object or something and if it does theres a chance youll move too far away too quickly and then it will go into a standby mode and wait for you to come back and reactivate it.
Anyone else experiencing the drone duplication bug? I got 5 so far that just appeared next to mine with all the stuff in it same as before the last horde night in it $$$$$.

If you die, the drone stays by your backpack.
I'd kill for a drone mod that would repair your base! Just slap a ton of concrete mix in it and it'd repair all around your base during horde night!

it didn't make it into A20 but there will be an offensive mod in A21 for the drone.

like a vehicle, you jsut cant pick it up till its empty

I don't believe so. Think there is just a bug which allows the drone to accept mods that it cannot use.

Any tips on locating the schematic for this thing? We've found tier 2, 3 and 4 drones but no schematics or higher tier drones yet.

I think it's intended as the more slots you fill up you can't add armour or other mods to the drone. It's a tradeoff
