I have heard you sing this song years ago when there were just a few mass shootings. Now there are so many and you melt my heart when you sing. I wish you would never have to sing it again and refer to the people left behind after a shooting-it does mean we just have to be decent people again.

His introduction about not being political is outstanding. His delivery of the song is the best I've heard even better than the BeeGees or the Mavericks. I can only say thank you for this video, but it doesn't seem enough, when I think of how much it tears me apart with all the losses I have faced, which is not much more than most people, but the song just hits the nail right on the head.
