Ohh, I wish I could talk to people who work in this company because everything is famous in Mercedes because of you guys. Even the camera man is working hard so that he/she can give us the most good look. This time I will say Mercedes is good but their workers are best.
In 20 years our kids will be asking us Dumbass future kids: "how did you reverse park your cars manually dad"? "You mean to say you had to keep looking for parking spaces yourself? Life must have been so hard back then dad". Us proud dads: "Yes son, life was very harsh back then. When it was hot we had to manually turn a knob on the dash to change the air conditioning temperatures, all by ourselves. Not to mention when changing lanes we had to switch indicators on with our bare hands !!"
My mom had a neck injury and is well on the mend but will not have the mobility she once enjoyed. Coincidentally my father bought her a new 2018 E300 4 Matic which happened to have this feature before her accident.It is now that we realize the full benefits of this feature along with the rear view camera and warning systems.That You Mercedes Benz engineers for a much appreciated feature!

+Martin Bauer No matter how great this E class will be, which it will, it's still basically a longer C class underneath. Nothing can match the S class in terms of ride quality and quietness. The new E class may look stunning, but I can almost guarantee that it will not have the same S class feeling. The S class is a class leader, and I'm sure the new E class will be aswell.
this makes sense if your garage is too small to get out while parked but in dangerous countries like brazil people prefer to wait until garage doors are closed before they egress the car
And why having a small garage an a +100k dolars car in... If u have 100k to spend in 1 car, and then other for your partner, and so on, why u have a small garage?

BE CAREFUL - I have just taken receipt of a 2019 E-Class 220d with EVERY OPTION (manufactured March 2019). This feature was key due to a tight garage space. To my huge disappointment, IT DOES NOT HAVE IT. My dealership was surprised, I called Mercedes me, and they had to get back to me because they were surprised, but when they did they told me it wasn't available. Apparently, you need the Remote Parking Pilot option, but as far as my dealership is concerned, this isn't an option that can be selected. Mercedes-Me also told me that the Concierge service was also disbanded a few months ago. I have been a long time Mercedes owner, and I am bitterly disappointed. I almost went Audi, but they just held me. If only I knew. To make things worse, I made a formal complaint about two weeks ago and didn't get a reply.

I appreciate that you have also contacted your colleagues about this, I didn't expect that to happen, so this does restore some faith that I will get some understanding as to what I had to do to make sure this was available. As I mentioned, the dealership doesn't know what they had to do for me to get this, they confirmed I practically optioned the car out. What I have found out since via the MBcars.co.uk website is that this feature is available on cars dating back to 2017, I am trying to find out what they ordered. So far it seems they order premium plus pack and the 360 camera, they are checking if there was anything else specifically related to this option. I cannot stress enough how important this feature is, others have it. I knew I had to pay for it as a service at £89, that's fine, but if I needed another paid option on the car then it seems rich to then ask me to pay £89 for 3 years for it because I can use it. That is why I thought the option was a software paid option. I can contact the number directly, hope they can find it. Thank you. Bernard

So many people are acting like this was a completely unique thing that Mercedes implemented. My Kia Sportage does this. Stop thinking that because Mercedes is deemed to be a luxury brand that these features don’t exist in ‘worse’ brands
