I'm so glad since you published this video, I wish you could continue making videos for the reading, I'm still struggling with this section and your videos are very helpful for me🌸
I will continue making videos. I hope they are uploaded soon enough to help you!
Great job Micheal! All of your videos are really helpful and easy to understand, I will definitely recommend your channel to my friends who are planning to take the TOEFL soon. Keep up the good work :)
Michael, again and again you amaze me with your Tactics and strategies for
the TOEFL examination. Happy to find your spectacular content. Your channel taught me the following there are many, many references and strategies that are described to follow. However, choose the strategies that work for u and make u more confident in dealing with TOEFL. ( I downloaded more than 7 reference for the TOEFL which compose more than 4000 pages, but I skip a lot of unnecessary or time consuming strategies, and tried to pick up the most effective strategies that work for me . )
That is great advice. Some books have TONS of strategies. I mentioned that in the previous reading video. You can't use them all, so focus on the ones that work best for you!
That’s great! Thank you. Could you give the link with the vocabulary?
It has been so long since I made this video that I don't quite remember which link you are talking about, but it is probably this one: simple.wiktionary.org/wiki/Wiktionary:Academic_word_list
Thank you so much for the great explanation :) Do you have other vidoes that explains other types of questions ?
Thanks for this amazing video, please recommand me some vocabulary books which can help me in toefl test.
A few are listed here: www.toeflresources.com/blog/best-toefl-books-of-2020/
Sir need full set of videos on reading sections thank you so much
Hi Michael! I have been reading your reviews on TOEFL 2020 books, and I have a question about one of the books that your wrote about in your reviews. Does the Barron’s TOEFL preparation (17th edition) book have the same practice test as the older one the (15th edition) or are the practice tests any different? I do have the (15th edition), but I have been wondering if I should get the newer version. If it still has the same practice tests, I don’t think that I should get it, so that’s why I am asking :)
The full tests are all the same (maybe with a few minor adjustments). But the new version has 8 "one hour" practice tests which are new. They are like the real test, but shorter.
Thank you Mickle, please put the link about vocabulary resources.
Start by using these words: simple.wiktionary.org/wiki/Wiktionary:Academic_word_list
Can you make another video about inference question. I didn’t understand why the correct answer is B, even though it looks like directly stated. For me, it’s more likely the answer is D. Thank you so much sir for such good explanation in advance
Your videos are really helpful. Thankful for your generous act. I would be grateful if you help me providing very useful link of resources for reading passages and listening videos. Please do as soon as possible.
Thank you. I wonder where I can find material to practice the reading. Thank you
I usually read the the question, then the entire paragraph to look for the answer (I don't usually look around the keywords as you mentioned we should) is this an okay strategy or do I need to change it?
Could also make videos about summary, inference and paraphrase questions?
Well, no one really watches my videos anymore, but I will make some if I can find the time.
@@Toeflresources Come on Michael. I've spent hours & hours exploring all the TOEFL material out there (Both Google & TH-cam); with all due honestly you stand out! I wish that I have stumbled upon your channel before my 1st test, things would definitely be different. As long as TOEFL and people learning English exist; your materials matter as well as you. Best of luck! Please keep up the outstanding work.
Thanks for your excellent videos and strategies you provide but can you make videos for all reading question types?
Yes. I will try to make some of those as soon as possible. Just sub to the channel and you will know when they are available.
Thank You so much for this video... these are very tricky style questions...
@@Toeflresources where can I find more material to practice? I have to take toefl in 2 weeks
how can i start preparing for the toefl?
idk how to start, because my vocabulary is kind of low
the question is how to do all this steps in 1.3 min
Yeah. Honestly, these days I mostly encourage people to just improve their overall reading skills and focus less on strategies. Consider: www.toeflresources.com/blog/you-should-read-more-part-six/
your channel is the best for youtube. trust me I've tried all!🤣
You're the best!
Indeed it is!
