    I love the way the tiny leftover herbs made speckles on the final paper!

    It would be cool to use the leftover tea leaves as decoration around the edge of the paper.

    I ADORE 🥰 that dinky journal! Small but perfectly formed 😊 The paper came out beautifully. I love the texture and look of the thicker sheets and the beautiful gossamer quality of the thinner ones. Maybe the tea itself might have contributed to the beautiful earthy tones? You did so much work for only 4 sheets of paper, but the end product was SO worth the effort! Fabulous work! 😊

    That's the cutest little journal I have ever seen. I love the cover and the binding! What a great idea. I've been buying old books to use as covers for my junk journals but I will start using up my stash of tea and cereal boxes. i've seen stick binding before but it was using rubber bands so I never tried it but I am definitely going to try this technique. Thank you so much for sharing this, I'm feeling very inspired.

    This was really beautiful, but I can't help but wonder what it would be like with full teabags, blended to pulp in hot water. I imagine it would hold together better, and it might smell amazing if it's not just too strong

  • @AlexandraNMorgan
    @AlexandraNMorgan ปีที่แล้ว +4

    Do you think it would work to mix regular junk mail paper with tea bags? That might allow you to get more thickness to the pages and more amount of pages in total as well as the neat texture and color. I haven't tried making paper yet but I'm going to because of your videos but I like the color and texture of the teabags best but want to get more out of it than just 1 or 2 sheets

    Why not use the water that you pulped the paper in instead of more clean water. That way you may get more fibres than you think.
    My favourite tea only comes in bags but the bags are not chemical free or vegan (glue) so I do not want to eat it. I take out the tea from the bag before adding the water to my cup. So it is not marked, then I can dye it any colour I want. Less messy too.
