Hey Scotty, hope you’re doing great I watch your channel all the time for car information but right now I’m having a problem with my car 2003 Nissan Altima 2.5 and I was wondering if you could help me out with a little information I’m trying to replace the oil cooler gasket, but I don’t know where it’s located I seen other videos and some say it’s connected to the oil filter assembly and others say it’s off to the side of the area, so can you confirm where the oil cooler is on this car? Thank you.
I hope Toyota doesn't do what others have done and that is go over to a small turbo 4 in the future Camry. The current 2.5 isn't bad but I wouldn't want one with a turbo 1.4 or something similar.
I just bought a 2022 SE, no TRD. I've noticed that when I put it in manual mode at higher speeds, it downshifts to 5th gear, even if I'm cruising down the highway at 80 mph with my foot off the gas. If I'm going a lower speed, say, 25 mph in 3rd gear, it won't change gears when I switch to manual mode. It's just the higher speeds. What's that all about? My 2015 Elantra doesn't do that. If I switch the Elantra to manual mode while I'm in top gear, it stays in top gear, until I manually change it to another gear.
This Toyota Camry TRD is very much like my 1996 Pontiac Grand Am GT s spd. Has the stiffer suspension with anti sway bar and duel exhaust tips with the quad 4 engine with Multiport fuel injection duel overhead Cam with sixteen valves. She has the same horsepower as the 6 cylinder engine even though she's got a four cylinder. Still gets good mileage about same as that Camry on the highway even though she's 28 1/2 years old with over 262k miles on her..
My 2005 GM-H Commodore has a V6 3.6 & factory fitted FE2(that stands for a stiffer suspension package ) & I have only replaced the back shock absorbers & it rides really smooth on 17 inch rims with 245/45/17 Michelin Pilot tyres.
My 2003 Camry isn't boring. Put a nice exhaust on the 2AZ-FE and it sounds absolutely incredible! I thought about putting rally suspension on it, too, but I don't think I want to spend $5K right now.
Regarding suspension: We have a 2010 Corolla base model with a 5 speed. Fun to drive and 0-60 times will keep me from getting speeding tickets. You mentioned updating the suspension on your Camry: We don't want rally suspension but we are looking for upgraded front end struts. Any suggestions as to good options?? Thanks!!
The Toyota 3.5 will go down in history as one of the best V6's ever. It's a shame they stopped making it 😕 My 21 Highlander 3.5 will go 500k miles and more with minimal maintenance 👍
@csan255 I'm 6' and I don't find it small. It's also more economical and less complex so it doesn't seem to give trouble like the Camry did. The Camry I had, they decided to fit hydraulic engine mounts to it that failed after 6 years. The Corolla is 15 years old and never touched those damn mounts, engine or transmission. That's what I found between the 2 anyway.
@@Vintrovert82 It's a proper sportscar, borderline supercar for 1/3 the price of a European sportscar. They never have and never will be reliable. That's not what fast cars are for.

Paddle shifters are just more problems pending. They belong with the turbo cars on the used car lot. Cars gadgets suckers fall for. Next to the leaking convertible top cars and Teslas with bad battery packs because owners quick charged them to the brink of inflammation.
That thing is pretty quick and I'd imagine that it's trackable. All it reminds of is a bunch of dorks tricking them out and taking them to car shows though.
Hey Scotty, I bought a 2010 Hyundai Sonata with a four-cylinder engine for my daughter. Is it a good car? I got a hell of a price on it, but I’ll sell it if it’s no good.
Scotty (atleast in his other videos) has said they're not good cars, you won't get the greatest life out of it, but proper maintenance can make it last, is it burning any oil? If so I'd probably sell it unless you're going to ingrain it into your daughter to check the oil

Thank You Mr Kilmer 🙏👍🐕🦺🇺🇲
I thought my garage was messy
After owning both at one time or another I'd take a Corolla over a Camry any day.
If you're 6'2" the corolla is small.
Great car but SE is a better value if you like the better fuel economy.
Get the Corvette.
If you like living at the dealership
Not a fan of junk
Ignore these 2 clowns who replied to you the C6 corvette is awesome
@2015BLOXXER personal experience
@@Vintrovert82 It's a proper sportscar, borderline supercar for 1/3 the price of a European sportscar. They never have and never will be reliable. That's not what fast cars are for.
Love my 2015 Camry SE with the good ol' 2AR-FE, who needs to go more than 118 MPH?
It’s a Camry. Next.
Right. Who needs a car that’ll last forever
But not a boring Camry.
@@AndrewFaust-y1t which cars are not boring?
Nice!
I thought he quit?
not bad for a Camry! a Mustang gt in 2004 was only a little quicker
TRD Camrys are nice
Love the camry❤
The 2025 camry looks really good except the design of the front grill. The reason I back out. The 2024 xle front grill looks really sporty and nice!
It is a good looking car honestly
Oh dear, Scotty got his crap scared out of him for the 9,876,543rd time?? He won't survive many more.
They need a Camry SS that has a V6 supercharger.
Like my Civic Si but with some power...
I have no interest in any new/newer overpriced plastic soon to fail in many many ways vehicle. I have zero interest in any non domestic vehicle no matter the age of it. Never had one and don't want one.
Paddle shifters are just more problems pending. They belong with the turbo cars on the used car lot.
Cars gadgets suckers fall for.
Next to the leaking convertible top cars and Teslas with bad battery packs because owners quick charged them to the brink of inflammation.
No One Knows About This Vehicle, So You Can Buy One Dirt Cheap
No they aren't cheap! I'm still looking for one but the price is ridiculous even if it has 60,000 miles on the clock. The v6 engine is D4S.
Throw Sum 17" x 7":Whells@ Front, Then 😮Rears 16x 6.5" and Diff Tires P.T = Passenger Tread Tires, a Gain Some 😊Comfort, bye
My 2014 had paddle shifters
Scotty: its not a racecar...Me: then why did one beat my mustang 😢😂??
What year/model is your mustang?
A v6 Mustang? No way in hell is it beating a GT. Get real.
Did he say 300 hp 3 cylinder engine
No it’s a v6
Scotty was referring to the GR corolla.
If you hold down the traction control button for a while it will actually turn all the way off and not turn back on at high speeds
Inline6 Mazda 340hp🎉
Master seems to be underrated by a lot of people.
That thing is pretty quick and I'd imagine that it's trackable. All it reminds of is a bunch of dorks tricking them out and taking them to car shows though.
I just can't decide -
TRD is a joke. Stands for Totally Ridiculously Dumb
Toyota's
Redundant
Development
Hey Scotty, I bought a 2010 Hyundai Sonata with a four-cylinder engine for my daughter. Is it a good car? I got a hell of a price on it, but I’ll sell it if it’s no good.
Scotty (atleast in his other videos) has said they're not good cars, you won't get the greatest life out of it, but proper maintenance can make it last, is it burning any oil? If so I'd probably sell it unless you're going to ingrain it into your daughter to check the oil
Scotty I have a Toyota Camry 2009le now I have to get front and rear calipers and brakes pads also control arms. I went to the auto shops to get estimate for the parts cuz I wasn’t going to pay for the shop to buy everything for me. I wanted to pay for the parts and have smaller shop to do it.The lady told me just buy another car because she seen what I needed to be done.😢I don’t want to get rid of my own car is she crazy or I’m crazy get what the car needs and spending almost 1,800 for repair and parts
Is that a Camaro in the background?
Oh come on, you know you don’t like that spoiler…
Lol about the supra but maybe thats why they dont sell people just dont want the bmw ota
The irony that his grandson has all the vehicles that scotty hates and complains about., a ram, a bmw, chevys, a ford truck, lol
TRD -TOYOTA RACING DIVISION
looks like my garage
I thought TRD was short for turd 💩
TRD stands for turd roach doodoo.
TRD is TURD after the U falls off
NO TURBO!😂😂😂😂
