I have been to Tirupati after 2 yrs and i felt that current government did meaningful developments like laying new 4 lane roads Unkile previous government which made pavement for some national summit and destroyed it soon after that to repair water and electricity lines (CBN government work in Tirupati is completely for show, i came to realise it when those pavements.. are demolished in 2018, its a basic thing that doung those without planning is wrose than construction)
