It is coconut water. If you blend coconut meat with water then filter it, it will be coconut milk.

Coconut water
if the coconut meat is mashed and filtered it will produce starch called coconut milk then. it's very delicious when cooked with chicken.

@@JordanArabicAsmr be careful , coconut milk is high in cholesterol...dont eat it often although its delicious😂👍 or just use it lightly/mix with water, dont be too dense/thick🙏
