Funny enough venti is the only one of the older archons with a somewhat healthy relationship with his people. They have faith in him but do not heavily depend on him, nor expect him to always fix their problems with a physical presence, but in their heavy times of need he will do his job of guardian and keep them safe as best he can.

@@granmastersword Other than Dvalin he also doesn't have the pleasure of having any powerful supernatural beings or other deities helping him out. He mostly has to make friendly with potential threats, have his people well prepared to deal with dangers, and only step in when the danger is something beyond his people's abilities to control. Liyue, Inazuma, and Sumeru had multiple deities, countless supernatural creatures who followed the archons, or ones who took an interest in humans and chose to protect them on their own. Fontaine so far had the oceanids with the previous archon, and Neuvillette and the mesuline with Furina and I'm sure as we move further into the stories that there will probably be other deities or supernatural creatures who helped the people at some point for some reason.

Venti's my favorite because on him it's obvious that he needed to heal from lots of trauma to get to the carefree bard he is today. And despite his childish personality, he is very mature and very much responsible. Cuz like, if he really shirked his duties, Mondstadt literally wouldn't be the paradise it is today. He always stepped in when he was needed, always. He's someone that's pretty much still traumatized asf, but he has learned to find joy and learned to cope. And this complexity behind his cheerful and carefree personality is what made him easily one of my favorites.

Barbatos is the most underrated Archon in terms of leadership Edit* Yes , there is a LOT of Abyss Order activity in Mondstad and yes, Fatui are a diplomatic problem but we can't forget that almost all of Ordo Favonius is on expedition. Varka literally took 80% of knights and all the calvary and Mondstad still stands strong and IS the most peacefull nation. Imagine how safe it will be when Grandmaster Varka returns. And beings horses back so Keaya will actually have people to capitan over.

This song actually ended up being really really important to me. I have very bad anxiety issues and I have a hard time taking breaks and acknowledging my mental health when I need to, and it's gotten especially bad lately. I've heard people say "Take breaks and let yourself make mistakes" many times before, but to hear it straight from one of my biggest comfort characters at the moment made me really happy. I'm going to keep this in the back of my mind and replay it whenever I need it.

I noticed a small difference between the Hoyofair version and this version - Furina's expressions. In the Hoyofair version, both her physical and mental versions are smiling and joyous. In this version, she's looking more like "Huh" and "HELP ME" type of expressions.

Venty is essentially right, he is the only one of the first trinity of archons who did not leave his people, he just gives freedom to his city, and helps in difficult times, all because he does not want people to be in tension like with Decembryan.

People call Venti lazy, while he has the safest, most peacefull, and most friendliest nation (arguably) in Teyvat. It really shows how different ideals could do good when done properly. Tho I can understand that people might find a silly green bard who likes wine and also appears to be the archon of the wind a but annoying, bit I personally adore him sm.
Hehe, what people might not realize is that I act silly on purpose! Don’t you think having an irresponsible, impulsive, and cheeky bard wandering around - and being an archon - makes life more interesting? If I’m the lighthearted one in quests like the adventure to save Dvalin, then the journey becomes easier for everyone else. He mostly has to make friendly with potential threats, have his people well prepared to deal with dangers, and only step in when the danger is something beyond his people's abilities to control. Liyue, Inazuma, and Sumeru had multiple deities, countless supernatural creatures who followed the archons, or ones who took an interest in humans and chose to protect them on their own. Fontaine so far had the oceanids with the previous archon, and Neuvillette and the mesuline with Furina and I'm sure as we move further into the stories that there will probably be other deities or supernatural creatures who helped the people at some point for some reason.

Venti's my favorite because on him it's obvious that he needed to heal from lots of trauma to get to the carefree bard he is today. And despite his childish personality, he is very mature and very much responsible. Cuz like, if he really shirked his duties, Mondstadt literally wouldn't be the paradise it is today. He always stepped in when he was needed, always. He's someone that's pretty much still traumatized asf, but he has learned to find joy and learned to cope.
And this complexity behind his cheerful and carefree personality is what made him easily one of my favorites.

I WAS THINKING OF THAT EXACTLY
This song actually ended up being really really important to me. I have very bad anxiety issues and I have a hard time taking breaks and acknowledging my mental health when I need to, and it's gotten especially bad lately. I've heard people say "Take breaks and let yourself make mistakes" many times before, but to hear it straight from one of my biggest comfort characters at the moment made me really happy. I'm going to keep this in the back of my mind and replay it whenever I need it.

Hehe, what people might not realize is that I act silly on purpose! Don’t you think having an irresponsible, impulsive, and cheeky bard wandering around - and being an archon - makes life more interesting? If I’m the lighthearted one in quests like the adventure to save Dvalin, then the journey becomes easier for everyone else. Plus, I don’t care if people think I’m lazy; for one thing, I portray myself that way!
