- Clash Royale Tournament Championship Deck & Strategy for Arena 6 and higher, featuring Jason's Giant with Hog Rider Deck that won him the tournament! Today Clash Royale had its first ever physical tournament set in Helsinki, Finland. Out of the 200 participants one player, named Jason, came out victorious. And really cool thing is, he dominated the tournament with one deck. So in this video I’ll be featuring that deck. It’s a deck that utilizes the Giant, which in my opinion, is a highly underrated card. The Giant went through so much recent buffs, but people are still going with other tanky options such as Golem and Pekka. But what makes the Giant so special is his Elixir cost, he costs 3 less Elixir than the Golem, which allows you to form stronger combinations. For example, in this deck Jason utilizes the Giant with Hog Rider. The concept is to use the Giant as a shield while the Hog Rider can freely target the Arena Tower. Not only that, he uses both the Barbarians and Minion Horde, which you guys know to be an extremely potent defensive and offensive combo. Both the Giant and Hog Rider are weak to the Inferno Tower, so you can surround these hordes of troops, your Barbarians, Minions, Archers, and Spear Goblins in front of your Giant or Hog Rider to quickly counter the Inferno Tower. And then he also utilizes one of the deadliest cards in the game, the Elixir Collector. And this is what makes this deck so deadly is that once you’ve generated enough Elixir and its double Elixir time, it becomes so easy to overwhelm your opponent with a huge rush with the Giant and Hog Rider combined with a swarm of troops.

I love this channel because you are actually a reasonable level who uses the cards that most of us have. It's much more helpful than these guys who just gemmed to fully max cards with legendary cards

Thankyou so much, this was so helpful, I actually used the first original deck and swapped out the elixir collector for the bomb tower, it has turned out to be amazing for arena 4/5.

Holy crap,this small change to the deck with the zap and fireball made me push to 2500+at lvl7

+amr mohamed exactly, i was stuck in arena 6 with around 1800 and 1900 trophies for like 1 month but when i started using this deck i pushed to 2400 trophies, i couldnt believe how many matches i was winning
Best deck in the game,only weakness is the hog freeze.I find it hard to deal with that.

I was in a loosing streak and I went to watch the clash royale tournament and analyze Jason's deck, I climbed 300 trophies (from 2500 to 2800), I'm a normal lvl 8, rares almost all of them 5 and hog 6, all commons in the deck lvl 8, giant and pump level 5. If you wish I could explain you the basics of the deck but ash already explained a lot

Hey ash thank you for your videos, i like your deck a lot, more than jason's, the fireball is awesome addition to the cards, but i have a question, i struggle againt minion horde, and the best thing i do against them is zap them then i put the archer to kill them all(in attack position), is that good or what?

Your deck cannot counter a princess.....which is a huge deal!
edit: cannot counter a defensive princess effectively; i.e, when your troops are in one side of the enemy lane, the opponent could drop his princess on the other side to effectively counter troops like barbs, gobs, archers, hordes, etc
Using a fireball in that scenario is not as effective as arrows coz of the 1 elx difference.... This is not a major flaw but still....

Dude! I started using his deck earlier today right after he won! I put in the minions instead of the archers! I haven't lost a single game yet. I'm on a 19 game win streak and went up 2 arenas! It's so good!

Yeah in lower arenas is an effective stragedy, but! As Molt said: "It's too way different playing as level 12 with maxed cards than 3/6/8 tournament rules" for example: lv 8 Pekka can one shot level 12 Barbarias, but level 3 pekka can't do it the same with level 8 barbarias and a lot of more things. So it's not the same playing in Legendary Arena as a level 11 or 12 than play with tournament rules. After watching 2 times the games I realize that Jason played a little bit different and just probably took off guard all players, anyways well played.
That's why all of those top players should focus on friendley matches if they want to play tournament and don't get owned by a basic deck LOL!

Can you use this for arena 5? if so, what should I sub for elixr collector? I'm stuck down in arena 5 as I recently dropped to arena 4 I literally can't win.

Also, is it ok to replace archers with musketeers? I really like the musketeer's damage and hit speed
I would keep archers and use canons like he said. It's good for defending against hog riders and etc.

Nicely played, Jason. It is a really nice combo maker deck that dominates the tournament.
Get 1700 trophies then stop playing, and open nothing but free chests until u get the elixir collected XD

i'm surprised at how little the giant is used really. I've been using the giant since i first unlocked him and i'm still loving the card
I understand you are putting your elixir pumps forward incase of mortor or hogs but don't you want to put them all the way in the back. The pumps are there to keep the elixir generation at optimal capacity. Jason allowed for damage to go onto his towers because he knew that once double elixir times about, he has a ridiculous ability to drop massive waves w/ his giant+hob combo. Please correct me if I'm wrong.

+Ash - Clash of Clans & Clash Royale aren't elixir collected close to useless? They produce an elixir every 10 seconds, lasts a minute and costs 5 elixir. It doesn't even produce 6 elixir if it gets damaged. Best case scenario they produce 1 elixir...
+Criztal the elixir pump has a lifespan of 1 minute 10 seconds and it produces elixir at 9.8 seconds per elixir. It can still produce 7 elixir is it takes a little damage and you should also count the elixir the enemy has used to take it out. If you put it behind the tower, the enemy an rocket both your elixir collecter and your tower for great value.
I was struggling to get into the royal arena before. I was in the 1900s for so long but I made my own little variation of this deck and I'm flying right through 👌🏻😁 as long as I defend them right and remember what I'm doing I win every time

I subbed spears in but not much of a difference; I think I just need to focus on upgrading hog to lvl 5 first, I just got him lvl 4:( thanks man, I more or less want elixer pump and not much else haha

Ash, very nice video bro, but I'm just saying. I think you should show some losses as well to maybe some weaknesses and stuff. Always showing victories isn't very good IMO, but just suggesting.

Yes it generates elixir and acts as a distraction its actually really useful
it makes 2 elixer if you leave it alone
