- I'm really excited about this video, its a bit of a climbing study. We will watch and learn from Sofya and Kajsa while they climb a gazzilion problems.
So it will be climbing training for all of us.

@@sdfsfdg43245 I think he means that the prospect of completing that climb cannot be conceived- not that the literal wall itself is inconceivable. He made that pretty clear in a succinct way, there's nothing wrong with how the word was used at all

Kajsa is beautiful to watch. Could watch her cruising these boulders all day, hoping to absorb her style.
She never regrips a hold. Impressive accuracy.

Yes! I love seeing women on the channel. All the big climbing channels are just dudes, so it's really great to see some strong women.
I have a wall built around my heart, but Kajsa climbed over it with ease.
Kajsa has the most beautiful technique I've seen on your channel! So stoked to watch these strong ladies. Please keep including them to inspire other female climbers!
You can tell Kajsa is primarly a route climber, she climbs very efficiently compared to Sofya who uses a little more strength and power technique

Getting prepared to rewatch this about 4 times a week for the rest of the year... As a moderate female climber this is absolute peak level of motivation and inspiration! Great stuff.
Please do more videos with kajsa, she is so good and makes stuff look effortless, maybe a training drill kind of video following her routine to train? Similar to your regrip video with Thor.

Huh, something messing with my brain here? I would have sworn Sofya is 15cm taller than Kajsa... Seeing they're about same height and have such distinctive styles, I would love to see some split screen edits of them climbing the same route next to each other, in order to compare.

I love Sofya's strength and power, but I love Kajsa's flow is just incredible.
Graceful power... powerful grace?! It's a feast for the eyes to watch Kajsa and Sofya climb! So quiet, smooth and strong! And nice and funny! 24 min flew by in a blink of an eye :)

Kajsa's climb at 12:40 left me entirely speechless! The way that she used the momentum from pumping her right leg to launch to the final hold just looks so supernatural! I really want to know if that was her plan from the start, or if she just found a really creative way to capitalize off her right foot coming off the hold when it did...

Love the fact you always show the Climbing Grade. It helps to get a feel for how hard the boulder actually is, because often it looks quite eazy when your whatching even though its not. :D Anyways keep up the great videos, and congratulations on 100k!
Honestly, this video and my own climbing session made my day a lot better. Sofya and Kajsa are always so cheerful, it's really lovely. Beastly climbing of course as well.

Kajsa technique is goals, Sofya shoulders are goals, dem delts tho, even the rear delt is fire.

Amazing episode! So nice to watch these two. Kajsa's finishing move. Grab top with one hand torn effortless with body tension to the camera and second hand on top. Every looks easy and very good flow combined with (or due to) absolute precision. :-)

WOW!!! This is a good one, they flat destroyed those problems. They need to either up the grade, or fall off more to make it look hard. Seriously they are both stunning climbers!!! Super cute too, no wonder Tor had to stop by.

Some thoughts:
1) Awesome to see Kajsa and Sofya's differences in style/beta.
2) Great to see some slightly easier problems, really helps to see efficiency and flash technique.
3) Interesting to see their different personalities side by side. Would've been great to see them talk about the problems or more in general.
4) Is Sofya shorter than Kajsa?!
What’s a good strategy for choosing problems at the gym? There’s always a ton of problems I wanna do. Sometimes I warmup, then jump to the hardest one I wanna try, but then I’m shot. But if I try to build up I feel too tired to try hard ones after all of it. How can I be more efficient choosing problems on the gym?
Build up from real easy to about flash level until your muscles are warm and energetic. Takes about 30min. Then do whatever pleases you most - flash away, or project that hard shit. When your power fades (another 45min?), stop. Stretch.
Talk to girl on counter. Take her home. Repeat.

I've heard it's more efficient to not reposition your hand on a hold. (Maybe I saw this in a video Eric did with Thor?) I was surprised to see how often Sofya regrips holds. Keep up the great channel.
This video is really different just looking at the first 2 minutes. So I guess it will be really interesting to study climbing technics more than watching a video...

Eric! Look up "Mintz Flow" hip mobility on youtube and his website. This guy is on another level. I found it super helpful for improving my movement and it really reminds me of how Kajsa moves.

Women are so much moire fluid in their bouldering styles. So great to watch. I'm trying to "climb like a girl" lately, and I've been getting compliments on my style.

These two are amazingly good climbers. I find it interesting that quite a few of the boulders don't go all the way up the wall. I have to keep in mind that my sample size is the two gyms I've been to in Oregon, but they don't do that.
Christopher Fanning yeah when you climb outdoors some boulders are 8 feet tall and overhung so it’s like 3 super hard moves to top out, and then you have 20-30 foot highballs. A good climbing gym will simulate as many climbing styles as possible. If you want to link a bunch of super hard moves together but still make it doable, it’s gonna have to be a shorter problem that may not reach to the top of the wall. Your local routesetters should try it.
