You should add a break bonder which is basically a thick bead of polyurethane or silicone caulk in the corners/seams. That way if the structure moves, your waterproofing won’t crack.

i see you put the fabric around drain but it wasnt perfectly cut to the plastic. i would think the fabric should return up the plastic a little for a correct seal. basically i believe the red guard is doing the seal, not the fabric in this case. basically i think your using the bonding agent and then red guard for the seal, which is fine, just dont see what the fabric is doing? imo the shower floor tiles should all be cut and ready to go in before troweling because by the time you get the cuts made, the thin set is drying up. also the sill on niche should be done first imo, then back of niche after...in the end, it looks terrific
