Great job - this was great. The Cult managed to bridge post punk and metal on this album. Astbury's vocals (at this point still sounding British, not horribly American as became the case later - particularly on Sonic Temple), Duffy's sublime, synchopated, kerrang-twang guitar, backed up by a superb rhythm section made it something very special. This is a great song and you did it proud, son! How about a cover of 'Love' itself - that's a ball-bustlingly fantastic tune. Cheers and good luck PT x

@@scottburnham8583 Don't do tabs but it's relatively east to play - just try that riff in A then go to C then G while hitting the open G string

Hi, nice work, what effects are you using please ? Is there delay ?
Thanks - effects wise, its a Boss GT6 effects unit and I'm using Distortion, Chorus and a bit of delay to emulate the Roland JC120 stereo chorus amp. With the GT6 there's a lot of experimenting, getting away from the presets to get a decent tone
Hi again, I think Billy Duffy has the delay set to 800m/s. have you done similar? It really sounds like reverb too as it's a really big sound. Please put me out of my misery lol ?
@@MrSkonny Hi Skonny, not sure of the exact millisecond setting, i use a tap delay to get it in time with the track. Theres a slight bit of reverb on the guitar but not too much so it doesn't sound too washed out. Its delay mostly

@@bysykler4959 I'll try and do a vid this week on the effects I'm using, currently its 2 Boss Gt6's blended together - distorted tone and a clean/chorus/delay tone, almost lke blending a Marshall with a Roland JC120 but just usiing effects
