      Coconut can be lightly roasted if desired. I prefer the unroasted coconut as the filling remains white.

    FYI : Rice flour is just plain rice flour. Glutinous rice flour is also call sweet rice flour ...2 different rice flour ok

      Margarin is unhealthy for you. It is one molecule away from being plastic. I use real butter. You're a vegetarian, not a vegan, so you can eat butter.

    I made some today, followed exactly the ingredients. Once I put them into wok to fry, all the puffs burst and soggy. Not one can be eaten. What went wrong 😰

      i think u didn't seal it properly that's why it burst opened.
