Have been a subscriber to your channel for some time now. This is the first time I have ever posted a comment. I tip my hat to you JT for your tenacity. There doesn't seem to be any project that you run away from. On the contrary, you jump in head first and get right to it. Love your restoration projects. Thanks for giving life back to the older equipment so that we may enjoy seeing them on your channel. I get so involved watching your videos, that when they are over, I have to go and wash my hands to get rid of the oil and grease. Keep doing what you are doing and for bringing those farm relics back to life.
If you think the wind blows there try coming down to Oklahoma / Texas Panhandle then you can say the wind blows. You are going to be in the same boat as the rest of us guys. Batteries, Tires, Insurance, and the small repairs is going to drive you nuts before long. LOL P.S. I am with some of the other guys what you do with your money is none of our business however look how you are helping the local economy.
I so enjoy watching and listening to your comment, you working with old school stuff and getting a machine that has not been looked after and spend a few buck plus your time and now you got a couple of old equipment on your farm, save some money. you can build your new building. Can't wait to watch you working on the new project.
Looks like a nice old grain truck. Might need to see if your wife wants to drive grain truck to the elevator, the International is a pretty easy truck to drive and operate. My uncle had 3 or 4 little grain trucks before he just hired semi trucks to transport the grain. The Forklift made a huge transformation with a tune up, carb and oil change. I laugh every time I hear the Kung-Fuberator comment. Thanks for the videos JT.
You can’t beat a forklift for packing things around like pallets of fert, seed, and lifts other things that a regular front end loader can’t handle very easily That forklift has nice big tires for going in soft dirt.. Never hurts to have an extra grain truck for combine time. Sometimes one breaks down and then you have a spare
JT is going to be a big time operator soon at this rate!! Better plan for an Operations Manager Office in that new shed for Fluffy! Look out Millennial Farmer here comes JT !!!!
Hey JT , I rebuilt a 82 S2100 IH. DT466, 5 speed with a 2 speed rear axle. When it came time for tires I went to two local School Bus companies. Both had the Dayton style wheels in 22.5". The first gave me three refurbished wheels that were headed for the scrap pile and sold me the steer axle tires for $50 each. The other had 4 mounted 22.5 wheels and tires for the drive axle. $200. A local truck salvage outfit will sell the 22.5 rims all day for $25 each. I busted all the 20" tires off the rims and scrapped them. One was rusted almost all the way around! Old split rims equals trouble. Thanks and be safe!😊
Wow what a great neighbor that just shows how good of a neighbor that you are to JT. Definitely want to see you weld that manifold close definitely need a name for your new truck looking forward to see what you come up with also looking forward to see the paint scheme that you put on thanks for sharing all your great videos
Hey JT, been subscribed for a bit now. Just never ridden a comment. I got to say I love watching your videos. You remind me so much of my great uncle. He started farming when he was 7 years old and is still farming at 94 years old. He loves his masseys, he says the best thing about amassi is the fact that anyone can work on it. You fail? Try again. Watching your videos sometimes it looks like you're feeling for a little bit but you always work your way through it. Which is the nice part. I like the fact that you keep that in there. Thank you for not taking that out. It's nice to see someone taking care of those Massey's The way they deserve. I mean imagine how many families are around today just because of those specific tractors. Not just the food they produce, but the families that lived on those Farms that use that equipment. The generations that that equipment is kept alive. It's nice seeing someone take care of them. On behalf of some of us Canadians. The ones you know with common sense. Love what you're doing, Keep up the good work buddy
@@jtsbarnngrill6873 I meant it. I just hope it came across properly. English isn't my first language. My first language was polish and then Ukrainian then Russian. Even all my family has been in Canada since the 1640s. Way before was Canada back before it was even part of Spain.
Thank JT for all you videos. I own a small farm and enjoy watching your videos. Nice to know someone else out there loves working on old stuff like I do.
I'm glad to see the new building showing some life and woohoo on the fork lift. With your new acquisitions you're gonna need to build you some lean to's to keep your new purchases under roof. Keep up the good work, really enjoying your posts!!!
You keep bringing home yellow equipment the next thing you know you will be in the construction business. It's great you can save and revive those forgotten machines.
Wish there was more we could do to help you get more subscribers. I like every video for ya. I would like to see more farmers be able to grow crops and save junk and be able to subsidize a bit from sharing the ride with us. You had a life long fan when the first video I watched you say I’m paraphrasing “ when you mess with the bull, you the balls”
When I was in college I worked for a rice farmer outside of Houston. We had three International semis that we hauled rice with. These are all 60 something model, gasoline powered, trucks. One of them had air horns, so, we called it "air horns". You have to call that old International truck "air horn".
Excellent video JT :) also how know got right RPM on low idle is in if 4 cylinders hear 4 taps each for on exhaust rain cap in 15 seconds got right on money if 6 cylinders motor hear 12 taps in 30 seconds got right on money too that how my late Uncle taught me on old Cockshutt 40 and my dad on his 1968 McCormick International 105C combine gas motor both had and both didn't have RPM gauge! Sounds funny and weird but helpful to ! Also nice International Loadstar truck it possibly be 345 or 392 V8 with 2 barrel of 550 to 650 CFM with 1 or 2 vaccum chokes or 4 barrel carb Holley 1000 CFM with 2 choke vaccums also cable in dash for cold starts or when flooded on carb and if run out gas fuel ! Also if put new spark plugs put AC Delco LT 44 platinum in even gap them same as GM 350 V8 is plus high Suppression wires also new cap with rotor also points and if need other information ask me JT !
Say JT great buy on your find with the fork lift. Regarding your new shop I would like to make a suggestion you likely hadn't given any thought. It's a floor drain, I have a simple inexpensive one in my shop 45 gallon drum plastic works best, sunk to level of the top of floor with submersible pump and place 2 poly pipes over to one wall before cement goes in. One for fluid other for electrical for your pump. Inexpensive if local laws allow you to pump on top of the ground . If not guess you would need holding tank and not need pump. Sump is sure nice to not have snow melting and water running all over the place.
Even though she's a bit worn out, you made a huge improvement with the carb replacement. One thing I would do is put a new air filter canister in it which would aid in air flow to the carb. Great job.............. Keep the vids coming Jt.
highly recommend putting insulation down heat tubes either under or in the concrete doesn't cost that much even if you don't use the radiant heat right away, it is there . warm floor. efficient
Nice man. With a little time and I am guessing under $100 you significantly improved that forklift. With a little more, I bet could probably sell it for a profit. Truck is nice too.

Watching your videos here in South Africa. My favourite show to watch. Great to see the old Massey tractors in action. How many acres do you farm JT?
Just enough to keep it a hobby 😉😆
I'll bet that will be pretty dam handy to have around, and sounds a lot better.
That right there has come in handy several times in the last week lol
Now you just need to build or buy you a stinger for that forklift
Right! That would come in very handy!
The ol binder looks pretty good,a little tinkering and an old school bus grill and she's good to go.The 5 speed and ruxel is a little more user friendly,,,love your videos.

I like it!
I'd bet it's a 392. Those would haul the mail! Congrats on adding a Binder to your fleet :)
Thanks! I’m happy to have it!
Nice truck JT, also the forklift is running pretty well. Couple useful pieces of equipment.
Thanks 👍
Fork sounds pretty good. Will pay for it’s quickly.
Extra truck will be a big help.
Looking forward to seeing the building but not as much as I am sure you are!
Right on! The cement is coming tomorrow, the building next Wednesday so hopefully in two weeks I’ll be ready for the move!
I have had really good luck with the cheap carbs. I have bought about 30 of them.
Good to know! So far they have been good
Pretty sure yer not gonna be using the forklift to move lumber stacks all day every day. Sometimes ok is good enough. Positive it'll lift rafters on the new shop.
Bingo. I’ll bet it’ll run for years this way
That's a sweet Binder!
Thanks!
Every thing needs at least two backups lol ❤❤❤
Yes! I like two of everything 😉
Another great video JT!!
Thanks again!

I’ll have to check that out. I haven’t noticed anything in person but it’s worth a look. Thanks!
You got a good deal on that forklift 👍
Indeed!
I definitely like your don't scrap it.. try to get more life out of it mindset.
Have a Wonderful Day!!!
Thank you! You too!
Nice work, I think you could get a trailer and pull that behind that truck with the air brakes. Forget the expensive pick-up...just a thought
Right! That has crossed my mind. Just a pintle hitch and I’m ready to pull
@jtsbarnngrill6873 exactly, shouldn't be too hard or expensive to add the necessary hook-ups in order to attach
Thanks for the video JT👍🏻
You bet
Forklift sounds a lot better and nice truck this barn you are getting is it a metal one
Yes it is.
Entertaining you are !!!! Keep them coming
Thank you! Will do!
It's nice fluffy has a friend. Beautiful Sunday here on the Eastern Shore! Too lazy to change my battery!
