- Fried rice is a very popular dish throughout the Chinese restaurants in Bangladesh. We spent a lot to eat this simple recipe but it only takes 20/30 minutes to make fried rice at home. The recipe of any fried rice is pretty much similar but everyone has a modified version. I have tried to make it authentic also create some little Asian fusion to it. Hopefully, you like the video.

1 cup of POLAU OR BASWATI rice.
Pour it into water for 10 minutes .Then cook it properly . (90%). Freeze it for 1 hour
1spoon of chopped garlic
1 sp of chopped ginger
1sp of red chili
1sp of green chili
1/5 tablespoon soya sauce
Half cup carrot (cube).capsicum
Salt as taste.
2 eggs.
1 cup chiken. Half cup peas .
Firstly take a bowl and put chiken, 2 sp cornflower, red chili (half),half sp black pepper,SALT. Now fry it.
2nd ly cook all the vegetables ,chicken, shrimp also with oil
Fry the eggs . And mix them together.
Then put the rice ,mix it ,put some soya sauce if u need .NOW IT IS THE TIME FOR SERVING 🤩🤩🤩

You need Fine fragrant rice, chicken, egg, onion, garlic, carrot, capsicum, soya sauce, tomato ketchup, tasting salt, lime juice and u are good to start
