I’ve been collecting information on building a van to live in for the past few years as it’s the only thing I can afford currently , and I’m going to be homeless soon , almost have enough saved up to buy a used van , and I’m going to use a small loan to build it out and I should be ok
Do your research on the van and make sure it's in good shape. I'm 1 year into my project and not even started on interior. Ended up having to swap the engine almost all by myself
@@americahater2 do you mind sharing which vehicle you are utilizing I’m planning to go with a Ford transit and have a design similar to this one. I’m going to leverage loan. Hands down the nicest build I have ever seen! And I have see many! That bathroom is to die for. I wish the manufacturers would think out of the box and apply your design concept. This is a MASTERPIECE. The level of craftsmanship is bar NONE. 👍
Winnebago 57k could have a similar bathroom, but the think weekenders would rather have a closet, why not put the closet at the foot of the passenger side bed, this would also give you more counter space in the kitchen area.
All bathrooms should have a residential style toilet with bidet attachment. I’d rather have a big bed/couch and bathroom with no kitchen. People don’t really cook inside anyways. Either grill outside or explore local restaurants
I love the bathroom in the back. It's awesome that there is a bench seat in the shower for those who have physical issues who need to sit while showering❤ Beautiful home
I agree very nice setup for Class B, cheaper than a house with everything you need. Definitely off grid solar power watts , got everything there, except for the washer and dryer.😂
Look at the door, a large sized fridge at the right side of the door behind the passenger seat can be easily placed without compromising any other spaces.
I'm really loving this rear bath layout. The downside is that you have to give up a dedicated garage space, but it makes the van feel so much more open and airy. Plus this sleeping arrangement will be much easier for 2 people than a rear platform bed. All the different layouts have their advantages and disadvantages, but this rear bath setup is currently my favorite. The only thing I'd suggest is to cover your wiring with some type of conduit or loom to protect it. Well done!
One of the best builds I've ever seen. I would need two modifications; no microwave and instead a small toaster or convenction oven. And second, I would need some kind of grip bar on the side entrance in order to step on and off the step.
How has this guy not realized you need 2 MaxAir fans one to suck air in and 1 to blow air out on opposite sides of the van for proper air flow and circulation. It also helps cool the van down by 20% - 30% in summer so you don't have to use the AC all the time.
Could do 2 fans but for this build the AC does a great job too. Also without losing another solar panel. When we do customer builds they can choose. Happy travels

The ceiling rates an A+ as do the white cabinets--beautifully made. So classic, so changeable if you want new decor. The wood-look white walls are an A, as well as the counter tops. And the shower set up is wonderful. EVERYTHING else rates an F. The flooring is hideous. Looks like scrap wood left from cremations or fires where entire neighborhoods burned. Ugly. But it can get worse--the wallpaper or whatever it is in the shower is monstrous! Like a Halloween attempt to match the charred floors. And then the faux marble shades of black and grey tiles behind the kitchen counter are hideous, too, tho they could never compete. Btw, the window--only window--on the driver-side wall (none behind the sink as people have done for poor dishwashers since time began) has just 50% of its space taken up with actual window! The other half is more BLACK! The window has black casing around, and the glass is set into another inch of black something. Kudos for a window that opens by sliding, instead of lifting so only an inch of air gets inside--those windows are great as extra windows, ones you can leave open in the rain, but they are inadequate on a 90-degree afternoon. The woods have beautiful scented breezes that people inside really enjoy when settling down to read or nap. I got the feeling that this company had a gorgeously designed, 1st class motor home--ceilings are stunning, counter tops, appliances, cabinets (prettiest I've ever seen), huge shower, simple wood-look white walls--everything neutral, natural...so simple changes of cushion fabric can redecorate when you are bored are fantastic. Time turned window casings and appliances black and turned millennials into grey people--they want everything GREY! So some fool decided tile and flooring can be done by anyone--he'll make it all in shades of grey! And capture the grey millennial market! Who cares that it clashes with everything else?! It matches those black windows--has that cool vibe--dark, Batman look. But the grays are anything but cool--they are industrial, prison vibe, burnt, depressing. Institutional. If they matched your other shades, you'd have the classiest, prettiest vehicle on the market. Use a prettier or softer fabric for cushions and pillows. Have the floors glow like the ceiling and countertops--not as shiny as the ceiling--a golden wood, tho. White tile behind counter and sink. Like the walls. Very clean (as an option, you could match with a navy or dark green as options [with matching mugs and towels?]..just a tiny trim with the white, and change the cushions and pillows, privacy curtain by cab and in back with a dash of color).
You should build a combo trailer sprinter that attaches to a sprinter you build the trailer thats stand alone/off grid also with shower bathroom washer dryer clothing closets id add a deep freezer in my build but just having all that in the trailer would give you a amazing amount of extra space in the sprinter still easy maneuverability not much gass consumption the biggest selling point of the sprinter in my opinion have to park at the back of parking lots because need 2 spots something to thing about if not then not be a option to offer your customers iv thoughts of posable build like that for myself one day just passing along the idea if u use the idea and become a billionaire off the idea you can send me a free one lol 😆 no really if you use idea and make a billion dollars i want a free one

Since when is a king size bed 68 x 75? A real king size bed is 76 x 80.
This is actually a double bed in length (75”), but with an extra 14” of width.

the RV world does things differently. for instance a RV queen is 60x75
