The Geovator is an exhibit, that simulates an elevator ride, beneath the earth's crust.

My inner paleofan desperately crying out whenever the Legend refers to a pterosaur, marine reptile, and synapsid as dinosaurs lol....
For reference, the Dimetrodon is a synapsid, which is a group of animals that include mammals and animals more closely related to mammals than any other group.
The Pterosaur looks like a Quetzacoatlus, one of the largest animals capable of flying ever known. Although it's posture looks a little outdated, since the animal had a posture much more similar to a giraffe (which is rather fitting, considering Quetzacoatlus is as tall as a giraffe)...

You can get into the permanent exhibits of the museum free on Thursday's last I heard, but I can only imagine how packed it must get. As for the dinosaur exhibit, it's a bit nit picky but I preferred the old rock and terrain layout they had previously over the new clean modern look.

Hello. I was thinking that dinosaurs, plesiosaurs, and sea turtles are different groups of reptiles.

Did NOT show all that HMNS has to offer. Everything can not be seen in two hours and the video is only 20 minutes. In Paleontology there was a lot of "This one here. If you have info on this put in comment section." What the hell? Read the plaques on the wall. It gives you simple answers like the name of the dinosaur. Looks like you can edit, so plz improve your video with names and information. Please, don't add comments, Like it is too expensive. If you are a member, it is not so bad. Anyway, the exhibits are amazing and worth the price.

They did this for fun, in no way are they professionals. Anyone who overracts like you can tell that, and can do your own research. At least they showed off some of the things you can see here at the museum
