What if you have majority w2 and only a fraction 1099. Doing PC with scorp election will cause double taxation on employer FICA side?
Is a PC helpful for a doctor who wants to practise under his preferred personal name that differs from the official one?
Can and should I do it if that is my main purpose? I have no partners.
If not required to be a pllc, are there still advantages to be a pllc over an ordinary llc?
I live in California, A CPA looking to incorporate my firm. An LLC is not allowed in California for an accounting firm any advice?
