The number 1 tip for Real Estate investing and investing in general is "diversification" especially given the times. You shouldn't put all your eggs in one basket. I have been into real estates for a very long time but I made my first million (in profit) earlier this year from stocks alone (through the help of a pro though). I also experiment with a couple of other things. Imagine what the situation would had been given the real estates market if I were solely banking on it.
Very sound and pragmatic. I have also been into all of these for quite some time and though I won't say I have lost a fortune, I have squandered quite a lot. If it's not a problem, do you mind recommending the pro you worked with? I could definitely use the help of one right now... I look forward to your reply...

@@trishawallor Funny enough, I can honestly relate. It's not as easy as it may sound and requires some sacrifices but it is definitely rewarding. I don't know if I am permitted to drop it here, but her name is "Nancy Lynn Lewis". Was in the news a lot in 2018. You can check her out online for more.

As a investor in Atlanta the best advice I can give is to educate your self on the multiple strategies to start investing and pick the one that works for your situation,there are MULTIPLE WAYS you can get started without having a lot of capital to start.

the owner wanting to meet potential buyers is a real thing! Theyre selling their ''baby ''so some of them dont play. My husband's friend wanted a house but he offered more because he wanted to destroy most of it, the owner ended up selling it for way less to someone else
