Nankhatai Ingredients
This recipe will make 9- 12 Nankhatai, depends on size you make
1 cup/120 gram Maida, All purpose flour
1/2 cup ( 60 gram ) Besan, chickpea flour
1/4 cup ( 40 gram ) sooji, semolina
1/2 cup chini pisi hui, powdered sugar approx 100 gram or as per taste
1/3 Cup/60-70 gram Ghee or Butter in soft solid form
2 tbsp chopped pistachios
1 tsp hari ilayachi, green cardamom powder
Pinch of salt, namak
1/2 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp baking soda
Oil to grease plates

Thanks dear, yes it is very different from market in a better way, market bought gives you a sticky feel of fat when you eat those, but since this one is made of ghee it's very light and non sticky while eating, just melt in mouth cookies
