Chciken-1 kg
Turmeric powder-1/2 tspn
Kashmiri Red chilli powder-2 tspn
Lemon juice-2 tspn
Salt
For masala powder
Cinnamon-4 small piece
Cardamom-10
Cloves-20
Fennel seeds-4 tspn
For masala
Cinnamon-2 small piece
Curry leaves
Onion
Green chilli-2
Ginger garlic crushed-2 tablespoon
Tomato-2
Turmeric powder-1/4 tspn
Kashmiri chilli powder-1 tspn
Coriander powder-1 tspn
Garam masala powder-2 1/2 tspn(prepared earlier)
Soy sauce-1/2 tspn to 3/4 tspn
Coconut oil

Tried.. turned out super.. soya sauce illarnu.. innittum nalla taste.. yellarkum eshtayi.. pillarakum oru paad eshtayi.. amma ini ingane vechal matti yenn paranju... thanks chechi for your recipe..
Hello Anu.. I was using the same recipe for years except the ground masala.. that masala made a huge difference and it tasted exactly like we get in the parties..Thank you for sharing this recipe 😍😍
