May the Peace, Blessings and Mercy of ALLAH(SWT) be upon Sheikh Yasir Qadhi, his team, MIC, & the rest of the Muslim Ummah. Ameen, Ameen, Summah Ameen Also, Just on a side note, i would like to mention we, the viewers can't here the questions asked by the people at MIC. It would be nice if the sheikh repeated the question to the camera before giving his answer.
@44:05....The prophet already stated that " You work this world like you are living forever and your work your deeds for the hereafter like you are going to die tomorrow, I guess people won't isolate themselves in caves for months, knowing what the Prophet Mohamed (PBUH) WILLED
Normal people get dreams from almighty Allah, but as sheikh was pointing that our dreams were mixed of three types, a good pleasant dream is from Almighty Allah, bad & terrifying dreams from shaitan, and rest of the dreams are from our daily thought process.

@@MohammedAlSharif2002 thank you for the response. By him saying it's no longer "recited" is he talking about abrogation or that it is no longer in the Quran at all? As far as I knew, even abrogated verses are still in the Quran
Mirza Baig Read the verse again brother, it says, “cause it to be forgotten” so here he’s saying that he PURPOSELY is making SOME of the Quran forgotten, and Allah even informed Muhammad صلى الله عليه وسلم with that in the beginning of his quest. Even then, some abrogated verses have been forgotten. So there’s nothing to doubt here, Allah is doing this with his complete will. Other than that, the Quran has been completely preserved and memorized. :)

On the one one hand the sheikh criticizes those who go to the 'saints' so they could intercede on their behalf (Shafa’ah), and, on the other hand, he also believes (like most " ulema") that the Prophet (saws) will intercede on our behalf on the DOJ! Isn't this the same concept? I see the same idolatry in this belief as well. I see people reciting darood non-stop because they believe this will enable the Prophet (saws) to make Shafa’ah for them. There is a big lacuna in this argument of the sheikh. The fact is that the Qur'an never tells us that the Prophet will intercede for anyone. The job of the Prophet (sws) was to act as witness to his follower and to convey the message, and then let everyone take the responsibility for themselves. Shafa’ah belongs to Allah alone. Only He knows who gets the permission for it, other than the angels.
What qualification do you have to make that kind of statement? where have you studied, for how long, undor what teacher to prove his opinion wrong? And you completely disregard the sunnah in that statement.
The intercession of the Prophet PBUH is established in numerous authentic hadiths. The difference is that we ASK ALLAH (not the Prophet PBUH) to be alllowed to get the virtue of his intercession.

What are the other opinions of the story of Waraqa ibn Nawfal? Some scholars were critical of the veracity of this story.
Do dreams from allah only recieved by prophets? Or normal people too?
Naima presents by all of mankind too
