7:57 Not an elbow, more like the Medial Epicondyle which is part of the Humerus, the elbow is way back.
Correct me.
Edit: My mistake, he drew the Radius and Ulna in supination so I thought it was the Medial Epicondyle, but this still may help for those who do not know about this part of the Humerus, definitely check it out.

8:27 idk if jim is doing funny but. The reason we have two bones in our forearm is so it can rotate. If you hold the lower area of the forearm you could feel the bone moving

This is way less helpful than his video on hands which the pentagon shape thing singlehandedly helped me push past my plateau with that construction process, the note on the asymmetry is interesting but it doesn't really tell me much about how to handle the insertions and dividing up the musculature in dynamic poses which is what i was struggling with, he just kind of blew past all the shadows and stuff without explaining it. It is pretty easy to intuitively eyeball that curve on the silhouette but much much harder to actually nail down the lighting without completely mangling it.
