Idk if it was like this 1 month ago as I got this game at the start of this month. To me it definitely seems like the modern axe is better at chopping trees. The fire axe is better for combat, while it’s slightly slower then the modern axe with trees.

Honestly, I'd love it! Arrows are easy to crazy and you can get a bunch of resin each time to print them. The katana is also for cutting off limbs so cannibals can't move
