Brother its a 1.2 Litre 3 cylinder engine. Ye 1200cc ki hai na ki 1500cc. And for 1 service the average amount is Rs 8000/- The engine oil which has to be replaced every 10000km costs Rs 4700 (4 litre synthetic oil), rest of the things like oil filter, air filter, AC filter, brake fluids, gear box fluids, coolants are also expensive for Polo. Also the 60amp battery costs Rs7000 (exide) if the battery fails. Normal battery life is 3-4 years.
So maintenance is on the higher side for a VW Polo, but the far most important thing that Indian people usually don't care about when buying a vehicle is SAFETY. Believe me friends all these extra amounts are worth if you consider it on a safety point of view. Even the base varient has front air bags installed as standard for VW vehicles.
I am in automobile industry since last 6 years and i know all the figures in terms of safety and death rates. These days TATA has also focused on the safety features and they are also making there chassis as strong as VW vehicles. The down side for the same is your vehicle weight increases which in turn reduces mileage.

For your Kind information the model which you are showing is Polo TDI (2012) and it has a TDI engine of 1.2 L only and moreover there are no Abs in this model .
So please collect proper information before reviewing any vehicle.

and the second problem is ki diesel polo mai injectors ki problem bohot aati hai.. or 1 1 injector 20 22 hjar ka aata hai...to polo leni hoto petrol hi acchi hai 2010 se 14 tk ki...uske baad k models shi hai.
rahi baat service ki to itni b mehngi nai hai bahar se krvao to 5 6 hjar mai ho jaati hai..
do your research before buying any diesel polo.
@@sourav.me1 Correct bro. My friend has a VW Polo TDi 1.5L, he started getting the glow plug warning and his car couldn't start because of this warning. Later on he had to get the whole fuel system changed and it costed him a whopping 2.6lacs for everything including labour charges. I even have the bill. It wasn't in warranty and he had to pay that amount because he recently bought his car.

@@amansharma434 2014 k baad ki diesel polos mai ye problem kum dekhne ko mili hai... lekin phir b agar budget tight hai or roj roj aana jana nai hota to diesel cars avoid krna hi better hai... qki 1 se daid lakh rupe to hum jada de hi dete hai diesel.gaadi lene k liye.... isse accha petrol ka kharcha bchalo 1 lakh rupe...itne paiso mai aap 30 40 hjar km chla bhi loge petrol car ko

Iski maintenance or parts costly hoge ya sab kucb maruti swift jaisa kharcha hoga
Fiat punto ka koi kharcha nahi hai. Main kharcha engine krwata hai lekin punto me same swift wala engine hai. Maine 2011 me li thi or 2016 me bechdi thi 1.2 lakh km chala k. Gadi ne koi kharcha ni manga or ab mere relative k pas h gaadi almost 2 lakh chal chuki hai bus cluth plate mange hai car ne.
